In Ananta, cars could have a gacha system. Just like some skins. Remember that everything is subject to change and this post is only informative. Recently, it was discovered that Ananta, the "non-gacha game," has gacha for outfit skins, but now it also has gacha for cars. At what point can something still be considered a non-gacha game when it actually has gachas? Well, I hope there will be more options, both F2P and paid, across the different systems. Obviously, the game has to sustain itself somehow, but calling it non-gacha? Luckily, all characters will be free, and that's actually really good.
