New episode: "How Elon Works" This episode covers the insanely valuable company-building principles of Elon Musk A few notes from the episode: 1. The mission comes first. 2. Retreat is not an option. 3. A maniacal sense of urgency is our operating principle. 4. Product design should be driven by engineers. 5. You should not separate engineering from product design. 6. Having separate design and production departments is bullshit. Keep everything together and feedback immediate. 7. The leader should be on the front lines. You should be a battlefield general. 8. "If they see the general out on the battlefield, the troops are going to be motivated. Wherever Napoleon was, that's where his armies would do best." 9. Apply The Algorithm constantly. (1) Question every requirement. (2) Delete any part of the process you can. (3) Simplify and optimize. (4) Accelerate cycle time. (5) Automate. 10. Repetition is persuasive. "I became a broken record on the algorithm. I think it's helpful to say it to an annoying degree." 11. You should go ultra-hardcore on deletion and simplification. 12. Camaraderie is dangerous. It makes it hard for people to challenge each other’s work. (Refer to point #1) 13. Never ask your troops to do something you wouldn’t do. 14. Hire for attitude. Skills can be taught. Attitude changes require a brain transplant. 15. Good attitude = A desire to work maniacally hard. 16. The only rules are the ones dictated by the laws of physics. Everything else is a recommendation. 17. Keep your entire company committed to a common goal. 18. If things aren’t going well, throw away the existing design, start from first principles, question every requirement based on fundamental physics. 19. Find the limit. You want to delete as much as possible and you can’t do that unless you find the limit. 20. If you aren’t adding back at least 10% of the things you deleted, then you didn’t delete enough. 21. Maintain control. Avoid joint ventures. Eliminate middlemen. 22. Have a relentless dedication to questioning every requirement. 23. No work about work, just work. 24. Go to the problem. Get on the plane. Fly to the source. Go to the exact location in the factory. Go to the problem and stay there until it's resolved. 25. The best part is no part. 26. Be wired for war. 27. Do not fear losing. It hurts the first 50 times but then you’ll be able to play with less emotion. You will take more risks. 28. Stay heads down focused on doing useful things for civilization. 29. When something is important and has to be done quickly, have meetings every 24 hours to run the algorithm and check on the previous days progress. You'll be shocked at how fast this speeds things up. 30. Life needs to be interesting and edgy. 31. Delete, delete, delete, delete. There are 100 more ideas in the episode. I hope you listen to it. 30 years of Elon’s career + 60 hours of reading and research and me just absolutely ripping through idea after idea at 2x speed for 90 minutes. It will be hard to find a better use of time.

❗️❗️Breaking! Google just didn’t seed fund First Draft News, the first major US and global censorship org, it CREATED IT! I also have finally gotten the names of the Google employees they used to start the global censorship in 2015. This was in preparation for the 2016 elections. Yup, the same Google that visited the Obama White House 427 times. And the same Google that helped Obama win both his first and second presidencies! Interestingly, Tim Walz went on to hire one of the two Google individuals, Steve Grove. All along I thought the First Draft News consortium was started on June 18, 2015, when it was announced by Olivia Ma. But actually contact was made in April 2015. I’ve been looking for more specifics on First Drafts origins for years, now I have TWO SOURCES. Also Google expanded its support to include its GLOBAL TEAM. 1. First Draft website: “Most importantly, a final huge thank you to Steve Grove and Olivia Ma at Google News Lab. They got us all in a room in New York in April 2015 and FLOATED THE IDEA of First Draft. Since then, their support and enthusiasm, now combined with the same from their global team, has been invaluable. 2. Google News Lab on Medium - Steve Grove Director of the News Lab at Google. “At the center of our efforts around this topic is the First Draft coalition, WHICH WE STARTED in 2015 with seven social media verification organizations to create standards and best practices in the news industry for verifying eyewitness media content and COMBATTING FAKE NEWS. In 2016, we expanded the coalition to over 80 partners worldwide, and were thrilled to welcome Facebook and Twitter as well.” Claire Wardle, the director of First Draft, on March 31, 2015, and weeks prior to Googles offer, became the Tow Centers Research Director. She worked with Tow/Knight previously. Google is partnered with the Knight Foundation. And, it just so happens that Steve Grove and Olivia Ma who started First Draft were frequent visitors to the Obama White House over many years! I even have Steve Grove down for a strategy meeting with Obama less than 3 months before the April 2015 First Draft Consortium inception. ♦️Video #1 - Shows that Steve Grove, the director of Google News Lab, first met Obama at Google while Obama was still a senator. This also shows the multiple projects from multiple time frames that Steve Grove worked with Obama from 2009 to 2016. He’s all over this video. This also shows that Steve Grove worked with Obama during the same time that he and Olivia Ma created the First Draft News global censorship org. ♦️Video # 2 - Shows that Olivia Ma accompanied Steve Grove to the White House on at least one occasion in 2010. These videos may seem boring to you, but to me they are documentation of evidence. Sources to follow.

Made $313 → $2,382,780 in 4 Days Using a Claude AI Bot on Polymarket. 26,738 trades. 98% win rate. Full blockchain proof. Every single trade verifiable on-chain. I've made the exact step-by-step guide to build this Claude Polymarket bot from scratch. You've been trading for 3 years. Still red. He gave Claude $313. Woke up rich. Free for 24 hours. To get this Setup guide: 1. Comment "Money" 2. Like and Retweet 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar (so i can DM you) Full 2-hour video tutorial attached. Every single click and command explained. Beginner to running bot. Now let me break down exactly how this works. Save this post. This is the most important trading breakdown you'll ever read. ↓ Let's start with the number that should make you sick. $313. That's what this wallet started with. Not $50,000. Not $10,000. Not even $1,000. $313. Less than your monthly Netflix + Uber Eats + Spotify combined. 4 months later: $2,382,780.80. That's a 7,942x return. While you spent those same 4 months staring at charts, drawing trendlines, panic selling, revenge trading, and ending the month exactly where you started. Minus the $200 you lost on that "sure thing." Same 4 months. Same market. Same opportunities. He had a bot. You had feelings. Guess who won. Save this post right now. What I'm about to explain is the exact mechanism behind every dollar of that $2.38M. Follow Himanshu Kumar so you don't miss the rest. ↓ How Polymarket actually works and why bots print money on it. Polymarket is a prediction market. Will BTC be higher in 15 minutes? Yes or No. Will the Fed raise rates? Yes or No. You buy shares between $0 and $1. If you're right, your share settles at $1. If you're wrong, it settles at $0. Simple. Now here's where it gets interesting. Polymarket updates its prices SLOWER than the real market moves. When BTC drops 0.6% on Binance, Polymarket still shows old odds for about 2.7 seconds. 2.7 seconds. In those 2.7 seconds, the bot already knows the outcome. It's not predicting. It's not guessing. It's reading information that already exists and trading before Polymarket catches up. That's not trading. That's collecting free money with a 2.7 second head start. And you're over there using a 15-indicator TradingView setup trying to "predict" where BTC goes next. The bot doesn't predict anything. It just reads faster than you. That's the entire edge. Save this post because if you understand this one concept you understand how millionaires are being made on Polymarket right now. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more breakdowns like this. ↓ Let me walk you through one single trade. A new 15-minute BTC contract opens on Polymarket. Odds are 50/50. Fair price. 10 minutes in, BTC drops 0.6% on Binance. Hard, fast move. The real probability of BTC being lower at expiry is now about 78%. Polymarket still shows 54/46. The bot sees this instantly. Binance WebSocket feed. Under 50ms latency. The edge is 24 percentage points. On a binary contract, that's basically free money. Bot calculates position size using Kelly Criterion. Executes via Polymarket's API. Done. Within 2-3 seconds, other participants update the odds. 54/46 moves toward 78/22. Bot either exits for immediate profit or holds to resolution. Either way, the trade was entered with near-certainty of a positive outcome. Now repeat this 200-500 times per day. $313 → $2,382,780 in 4 months. Not magic. Not prediction. Not luck. Industrial-scale exploitation of a market inefficiency that still exists today. And you're still placing one manual trade per day and calling yourself a "trader." This is the mechanism behind every single dollar. Bookmark this post so you can study it again. Follow Himanshu Kumar because I'm breaking down each strategy separately. ↓ There are 4 strategies. Not all Claude bots do the same thing. Strategy 1: Latency Arbitrage. Win rate: 85-98%. What 0x8dxd used. Monitor Binance price feeds. When Polymarket odds lag behind reality by 3-5%, buy the correct side before the market corrects. No forecasting. No model. No sentiment analysis. Pure speed. You're not guessing. You're reading an outcome that has already happened. Strategy 2: Oracle Arbitrage. Win rate: 78-85%. Chainlink oracle price feeds occasionally diverge from Polymarket's implied prices. When they do, the settlement direction is known. Fewer opportunities. Higher certainty when they appear. Strategy 3: News-Driven Trading. Win rate: 60-75%. Claude ingests real-time news. Government filings. Central bank statements. On-chain data. Assesses probability impact before retail traders even finish reading the headline. Lower win rate because interpretation introduces uncertainty. But works on ANY market category, not just crypto. Strategy 4: Market Making. Return: 2-5% per month. Place buy and sell orders on both sides. Capture the spread. No prediction required. Most consistent. Hardest to blow up. Compounds aggressively over time. You didn't even know there were 4 strategies. You thought "trading bot" meant one thing. That's how far behind you are. 4 strategies. 4 different risk profiles. 4 ways to make money while you sleep. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the deep dive into each one. ↓ The timeline that should haunt you. December 2025: Bot launches with $313. Nobody notices. January 6, 2026: Wallet hits ~$438,000. 140x in 30 days. 6,615 predictions. 98% win rate. Finbold reports it. Crypto Twitter explodes. March 10, 2026: Head-to-head test. Claude bot: $1,000 → $14,216 in 48 hours. +1,322%. OpenClaw bot: fully liquidated. Same market. Same timeframe. Claude won because of better risk management. OpenClaw died because it overleveraged. March 16, 2026: Someone trains a swarm model on 3 years of NBA data. Result: +$1.49M on Polymarket. April 2026: 0x8dxd final verified balance: $2,382,780.80. 26,738 trades. 4 months. This all happened while you were "waiting for the right time to start." The right time was December 2025. The second best time is right now. But you'll probably wait until it's too late. That's what you always do. Every date on this timeline is a day you could have started but didn't. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar so you at least start today. ↓ Why Claude and not ChatGPT? This isn't opinion. It's data. March 2026 head-to-head: Claude bot: +1,322%. OpenClaw (GPT-based): liquidated. Same prompt. Same market. Same conditions. Researchers found Claude's code included: > More defensive edge cases > More conservative default parameters > Better error handling > More legible code for debugging > Proper Kelly Criterion position sizing > Hard drawdown kill switches ChatGPT's code overleveraged into a losing sequence and couldn't recover. Claude's code sized positions conservatively, stopped trading when drawdown thresholds hit, and survived to compound another day. The difference between +1,322% and liquidation wasn't the strategy. It was the risk management. And Claude writes better risk management than ChatGPT. That's not a debate. That's a $15,216 difference in 48 hours. But sure, keep using ChatGPT because "everyone uses it." Everyone's broke too. Coincidence? Stop using the popular tool. Start using the profitable one. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more Claude vs ChatGPT comparisons with real data. ↓ Why humans lose to bots. Every single time. Same strategy. Same market. Same period. Bots: ~$206,000 profit. Humans: ~$100,000 profit. 2x gap. Same strategy. Here's why: 1. Late entries. By the time you identify the lag, verify your reasoning, and click buy, the 2.7 second window is gone. The bot executes in under 100ms. You execute in 30 seconds. The opportunity doesn't exist for 30 seconds. 2. Emotional sizing. You oversize when "confident." Undersize when scared. Exact opposite of Kelly math. The bot sizes based on edge. Every time. No feelings. 3. Fatigue. You make worse decisions at hour 6 than at hour 1. The bot makes the same decision at hour 72 that it made at hour 1. 4. Drawdown psychology. After 3 losses you either panic quit or double down trying to recover. Both destroy capital. The bot has a kill switch. It stops. It doesn't feel anything. You're not competing with other humans anymore. You're competing with machines that don't sleep, don't feel, don't flinch. And you're losing. The data doesn't lie. Humans lose to bots 2x on the same strategy. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the complete bot setup that removes you from the equation. ↓ What can go wrong. Because I'm not going to lie to you. Most people who build this bot will NOT 7,942x their money. Some will lose their initial capital. Here's what can kill you: Edge compression. The arbitrage window was 12 seconds in 2024. It's 2.7 seconds now. It's shrinking. At some point it hits zero for retail operators. This is a time-limited opportunity. Not a permanent income stream. Rule changes. Polymarket can change contract mechanics, settlement rules, or API terms overnight. What worked yesterday can lose money tomorrow. Risk management bugs. A 98% win rate strategy with broken position sizing will blow up your account on the one losing trade. The March 2026 experiment proved this. Claude survived. OpenClaw got liquidated. Same strategy. From Creator to Founder: The Rollercoaster Journey of Building Chatter Social Man, what a journey it’s been so far. Four years ago, I was just another creator, spending late nights on Clubhouse during the height of the pandemic. Like so many others, I was searching for connection, for community, for something meaningful. But what I found there wasn’t just connection—it was purpose. Alongside my brother, Jonathan Bing, we built a nightly show that reached over 5 million people. Imagine that: 5 million lives touched by conversations that felt real and unfiltered, all on a platform that at its peak had 10 million monthly active users. Clubhouse was magic. But then the decline began. Watching the platform struggle, I couldn’t help but reflect: what made it great? What went wrong? And what could the future look like if we did things differently? The Spark of Chatter As a content creator, I understood the needs of both creators and users. I knew what excited people, what kept them engaged, and what made them leave. Clubhouse had tapped into something special, but it had missed the mark on scalability and sustainability. By September 2023, I couldn’t stop thinking about the potential for something new—something that brought back the magic of real-time interaction but made it scalable, engaging, and sticky. And so, I set out to build Chatter Social. But I wasn’t a tech founder. I didn’t have a background in software development or a network of Silicon Valley insiders. What I did have was determination and the belief that if I could bring the right people together, we could build something extraordinary. Building the Team The journey to build Chatter started with assembling a team. Through my network from my days on Clubhouse, I found Samir, my first CTO. He believed in the vision and was instrumental in getting the project off the ground. Shortly after, I connected with Tyler, our Head of Design, whose creativity brought life to our ideas. A developer joined us soon after, and we were off to the races. By the end of 2023, Samir had to step away due to other commitments, and we promoted the developer to CTO. At the same time, I brought on Banko, a Sony music executive, as our CMO. Banko’s connections led to one of our biggest early wins: landing Davido, a global superstar, as an owner-ambassador. To this day, I still marvel at the fact that Davido believed in our vision when all we had were Tyler’s Figma designs. From Dream to Reality Early 2024 was a whirlwind. We hired Yurii and Vasyl, two developers from Ukraine who brought incredible skill and dedication to the team. Vasyl, in particular, stood out as a leader and has since earned an equity position in the company. But despite these wins, we were facing growing pains. Our new CTO struggled to meet deadlines, and as a result, I found myself constantly pushing back the launch date. What started as a January release turned into February, then March, then April, then May. By then, people on Twitter Spaces—where I had been hyping up the platform—started doubting if we even had a product. Launch and Lessons June 1, 2024, marked a turning point. It was the day my son Noah was born and the day we launched Chatter in private beta. We started with just 40 users, but by the end of the month, we had grown to 1,000. The engagement was unbelievable. Users loved it, even though we had launched with just one feature: live rooms. This represented less than 20% of what we had planned, but it was enough to show that we were onto something big. In July, we launched our public beta on the App Store as an invite-only platform. Within 48 hours, Chatter ranked as a top 30 social app in over 30 countries. But our invite system throttled access, and most users couldn’t get in. While engagement metrics soared for those inside, our AWS costs exploded. In August, our AWS bill hit $10,000. By September, it had climbed to $15,000, and we were drowning in bugs and glitches. The breaking point came when our CTO became unresponsive, often disappearing during critical moments. Users were dropping off, frustrated by the issues, developers were confused and the team was also growing increasingly frustrated, I made the tough decision to let him go. A New Beginning Enter Horane, a long-time user of Chatter who had been with us since private beta. He was the first to discover some of the most innovative use cases for the platform and had a deep passion for its potential. After meeting him in person at a Chatter event, I knew he was the right person to step into the CTO role. When Horane took over, we discovered just how bad the situation was. Key areas of the codebase were locked, and there were no separate environments for development and production. Every fix seemed to break something else. But through sheer determination and countless 18-hour days, Horane stabilized the platform. Today, Chatter is far from perfect, but it’s stable. The bugs that plagued us have been reduced to moderate issues, and our core users—those who stuck with us through the chaos—are still engaged on the platform. Looking Ahead: Chatter V2 While the platform is stable now, we’ve shifted our focus to Chatter V2. This is where the magic really begins. V2 isn’t just an improvement; it’s a complete reimagining of the platform. It includes all the features we couldn’t release in V1 because we were too busy putting out fires. Imagine this: Chatter V1, with only one live feature, was incredibly sticky. Now think about what happens when we release a fully loaded platform with all the innovative features we’ve been working on behind the scenes. The possibilities are endless. V2 is slated to hit TestFlight by the end of December, with a public release in January 2025. And this time, we’re ready—not just with the product but with the lessons we’ve learned. The Hard Lessons This journey has taught me more than I ever thought possible: 1) Your Team is Everything: The right people can make or break your vision. Finding people who believe in your mission is just as important as finding people with the right skills. 2) Adaptability is Key: As a non-technical founder, I had to learn about development, DevOps, and product management on the fly. Challenges will push you to grow, whether you’re ready or not. 3) Trust the Process: Every setback, every delay, every bug—it all taught us something. Without those lessons, we wouldn’t be building the incredible V2 product we are today. 4) Resilience is Non-Negotiable: From technical disasters to predatory investors who tried to exploit my desperation, I’ve had to fight for this vision every step of the way. What’s Next December is shaping up to be an exciting month. We have some amazing events planned on the platform to close out the year, bringing our core community together as we prepare for the V2 launch. When V2 drops, it will mark a new era for Chatter. This isn’t just a social audio platform or a social audiovisual platform. Chatter is all about interactive experiences—making social media social again in ways that are truly unique. The public launch is slated for February 2025, and for the first time, we’ll have the marketing dollars to tell the world about Chatter. Our core community has been our biggest cheerleaders, and I can’t wait to see how the world reacts when they experience what we’ve built. Final Thoughts This has been the hardest year of my life, but also the most rewarding. To other founders, or anyone thinking about starting a company: know this—it will test you in ways you can’t imagine. You’ll face betrayal, doubt, and moments where you feel like giving up. But if you believe in your vision and refuse to quit, you’ll find a way forward. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, my team, and Chatter. We’re just getting started. Let’s talk about it. 🚀 If this story inspired you, please like and share it so others can learn from my experiences. The journey is far from over, but I’m more excited than ever for what’s to come.

🔊 CHURCH: The Feast of Trumpets begins TOMORROW, FRIDAY 9/11–SUNDAY 9/13—and LOOK at the convergence surrounding it this year! Israel at the center. The nations focused on dividing the land. Iran and its bow bending, ready to break! War expanding. Earthquakes. Intense volcanic activity. Signs in the heavens. And all of it converging as the appointed time of the TRUMPET arrives this year on a Sabbath—A DAY OF REST! ALL THE SIGNS ARE NOT QUIETING DOWN—THEY ARE INTENSIFYING! KEEP LOOKING UP!!! 🎺QUICKLY FIRST — WHAT IS THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS? The Feast of Trumpets—Yom Teruahin the Bible—is one of the LORD's seven appointed feasts. It begins on 1 Tishrei, the first day of the seventh month, and God commanded it to be a day of rest, holy assembly, and trumpet blasts: 📖“In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.” Lev 23:24 👉🏼The trumpet was used in Scripture to call God's people together, announce movement of the camps, sound an alarm, and proclaim important occasions. And this year is extra special! 🎺Trumpets begins this Friday at sunset September 11, 2026, and 1 Tishrei falls on a Sabbath—God's day of REST. That isn't extremely rare, but the fact that the appointed time of the trumpet falls on the day of rest immediately makes me think of this verse, Isaiah 26:20: But look at what comes BEFORE: 📖 “Your dead shall live... Awake and sing, you who dwell in dust... And the earth shall cast out the dead.” Is 26:19 Then AFTER: 📖 “Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, until the indignation is past.” Is 26:20 And the next verse tells us why: 📖 “For behold, the LORD comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity...” Is 26:21 🔗So, look at the prophetic sequence here: FIRST, resurrection. THEN, “Come, My people”—enter the chambers, hide, and rest. And AFTER that comes the indignation upon the earth. THIS MAKES US THINK ABOUT PAUL: 📖 “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” 1 Thes 4:16–17 Remember originally there were no chapter breaks—so after saying this Paul points directly to the Day of the Lord: 📖 “But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren... you yourselves know perfectly that the Day of the LORD so comes as a thief in the night.” 1 Thes 5:1–2 Look at Paul's train of thought: 👉🏼Trumpet of God 👉🏼 Dead in Christ rise 👉🏼Church caught up 👉🏼Then Paul immediately turns to the Day of the LORD And centuries before Paul, look again at Isaiah's picture: 👉🏼The dead arise 👉🏼“Come, My people” 👉🏼Enter your chambers 👉🏼 Hide until the indignation passes 👉🏼 The LORD comes to punish the inhabitants of the earth THE PARALLEL IS AMAZING! And this year—coincidentally— 1 Tishrei, the first full day of Trumpets—falls on the Sabbath, which is THE DAY OF REST!! I LOVE IT!! NOW — LOOK AT THE WORLD INTO WHICH THIS FEAST IS ARRIVING. This is where things get really interesting!! Because Trumpets 2026 is not arriving in a quiet world by any stretch of the imagination. It is arriving while the convergence we have already been watching seems to be getting LOUDER! 🗓️I posted last week about Joel already, so I'm gonna try to not repeat my self. But remember what Peter said in his inaugural message to the Church at Pentecost, when he pointed directly back to Joel: 📖 “And I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, BEFORE the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD.” Acts 2:19–20 🔔A QUICK NOTE HERE: Some understand the Day of the LORD as referring only to Armageddon at the end of the Tribulation. I understand it as the 7 year tribulation period of judgment associated with Daniel’s 70th Week—not only its final battle. 👉🏼Paul says the Day of the LORD comes “as a thief in the night,” when people are saying “Peace and safety!” and then “sudden destruction” comes upon them (1 Thes 5:2–3). After seven years of catastrophic judgment, nobody will be saying "peace and safety" as preparing for Armageddon. Back to what I was saying: since I wrote that post last week, the signs haven’t gotten quieter… THEY JUST KEEP PILING ON!!! ⚠️We’re not looking at one volcano and saying, “THIS IS JOEL.” We’re not looking at one earthquake, one war, one eclipse, or one column of smoke and saying, “PROPHECY FULFILLED.” WE’RE JUST LOOKING AT THE CLUSTER. WE ARE LOOKING AT THE CONVERGENCE AND THE PROPHETIC RESEMBLANCE! And look at what has been added to that picture just as we approach Trumpets: 🌋 ANAK KRAKATAU — INDONESIA A continuous eruptive episode lasting approximately 25 hours. Ash sent 50,000 feet into the atmosphere. Jakarta's international airport was forced to close. Nearly 3,000 flights disrupted. 341,000 passengers stranded. When I saw those towering plumes rising, I immediately thought of Joel’s language: “Pillars of smoke.” Fire. Ash. Towering plumes—so massive they were captured from space in NASA satellite imagery. 🔥 AND LOOK AT WHAT IS HAPPENING IN INDONESIA AT THE SAME TIME. From September 1–7 alone, Indonesia's wildfire emissions reached 19.7 MILLION metric tons of CO₂—more than ONE-THIRD of the entire world's wildfire emissions during that period and 273% ABOVE the seasonal average. Authorities are calling this Indonesia's most intense wildfire season in 11 years, with massive haze now affecting millions of people. THE MIDDLE EAST IS NOT CALMING DOWN EITHER: ISRAEL — IRAN — AND NOW THE CONFLICT IS WIDENING: Last Thursday Prime Minister Netanyahu said: 🎙️“The achievements are immense, but there is still more to complete. I mean, first and foremost, the toppling of the regime. This regime in Iran — its end is near. It is weak, it is fighting for its life, it is faltering.” 🔔Remember what we're watching and waiting for. We're watching for that Jeremiah 49 “bow of Elam” to be broken, potentially opening a window of peace and security for Israel that could set the stage for Ezekiel 38. And as of September 10, the conflict is spreading even further. Iran reports attacks on ships near the Strait of Hormuz, while Houthi advances and attacks are putting the chokepoint Bab el-Mandeb at risk. Think about the geography: ⚠️ STRAIT OF HORMUZ — The world’s #1 oil chokepoint: DISRUPTED ⚠️ BAB EL-MANDEB — A critical global shipping chokepoint: AT RISK ⚠️ IRAN — ISRAEL — U.S. — HOUTHIS — SAUDI ARABIA THE WAR IS NOT CONTRACTING, IT IS WIDENING! AND THERE IS SOMETHING EVEN BIGGER HAPPENING AROUND ISRAEL RIGHT NOW. 🗡️As we approach Trumpets, two days ago, Sep 8th. international pressure for a TWO-STATE SOLUTION is intensifying again. The UK, France and Canada have announced new measures to protect that outcome—and they plan to take that effort directly to the UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY later this month. And THAT immediately brings us back to Joel once again. Because Joel doesn't only speak about blood, fire, pillars of smoke and signs in the heavens. He also tells us what happens when the NATIONS gather concerning ISRAEL: 📖 “I will also gather all nations… on account of My people, My heritage Israel… THEY HAVE ALSO DIVIDED UP MY LAND.” Joel 3:2 👉🏼THAT is the part of the convergence I don't want us to miss. Israel is not somewhere on the sidelines of this picture—ISRAEL IS AT THE CENTER. What makes this Trumpets season so extraordinary is THESE PARTICULAR PIECES coming together clearly at the same time. And THEN, on top of that geopolitical picture, look at what has been happening in the earth and the heavens. LET'S ZOOM OUT FOR A SECOND HERE. In just the last four weeks we have watched: 🌎 Major earthquakes — Colombia, Indonesia and Peru ⚫August 12 — Total solar eclipse 🔴August 27–28 — Deep partial lunar eclipse 🔥 September 1–7 — Indonesia wildfire emissions running 273% above the seasonal average 🌋 September 4–6 — Anak Krakatau’s extraordinary 25-hour eruptive episode 🇮🇱 September 8th: Growing international pressure for a TWO-STATE SOLUTION involving Israel’s land ⚔️ September 10th: Israel-Iran conflict continuing to widen across the region THIS IS THE VERY TIGHT CLUSTER WE’RE LOOKING AT!! And now, right as we arrive at TRUMPETS, listen to what Joel says: 📖“Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the LORD is coming, for it is at hand.” Joel 2:1 📜THE SAME PROPHET who spoke of blood, fire, pillars of smoke, the darkened sun and the blood moon ALSO CRIES: BLOW THE TRUMPET AND SOUND THE ALARM!! 👉🏼 Again—earthquakes happen, volcanoes erupt, fires burn, wars happen… ONE EVENT IS NOT OUR POINT—THE CONVERGENCE IS! We are not declaring Joel fulfilled. We are WATCHING, just as Scripture tells us to watch. We are watching the birth pains Jesus described while also seeing striking echoes of Joel’s prophetic language—and THAT is INCREDIBLY fascinating and worth paying attention to!!! 🔊Church: The Feast of Trumpets is here! Trumpets CALLED THE ASSEMBLY. Trumpets SIGNALED THE CAMP TO MOVE. Trumpets SOUNDED THE ALARM. And now the appointed time of the TRUMPET has arrived while the convergence we have been watching is not getting quieter… IT IS GETTING LOUDER! Earthquakes. Fire. Bloodshed. Pillars of smoke. Signs in the heavens. THE PRESSURE OF NATIONS WANTING TO DIVIDE ISRAEL. And the “bow of Elam” looking closer than ever to breaking! Scripture never told us to sleep through the signs—it told us to WATCH!!! So let’s KEEP WATCHING, KEEP PRAYING, KEEP PREACHING THE GOSPEL!! SOON WE WILL HEAR THE TRUMPET OF GOD, ENTER OUR CHAMBERS, AND FINALLY ENTER OUR DAY OF REST!! KEEP LOOKING UP!! Maranatha! 🤍 Come, Lord Jesus, COME!!!

In the 1920s, a Stanford psychologist tracked genius children for 50 years. Malcolm Gladwell breaks down what he discovered: Rich families → successful. Poor families → failures. Not average. Failures. Genius-level IQs that produced nothing. He spent 60 minutes at Microsoft explaining why we're wrong about success: The psychologist was named Terman. He gave IQ tests to 250,000 California schoolchildren. He identified the top 0.1%. Kids with IQs of 140 and above. His hypothesis: these children would become the leaders of academia, industry, and politics. He tracked them. And tracked them. For decades. The results split into three groups. The top 15% achieved real prominence. The middle group had average, moderately successful professional lives. And the bottom group? By any measure, failures. The difference wasn't personality. Wasn't habits. Wasn't work ethic. It was simple: the successful geniuses came from wealthy households. The failures came from poor families. Poverty is such a powerful constraint that it can reduce a one-in-a-billion brain to a lifetime of worse than mediocrity. There's a concept called "capitalization rate." It asks a simple question: what percentage of people who are capable of doing something actually end up doing that thing? In inner city Memphis, only 1 in 6 kids with athletic scholarships actually go to college. If our capitalization rate for sports in the inner city is 16%, imagine how low it must be for everything else. Here's something stranger. Gladwell read the birth dates of the 2007 Czech Junior Hockey Team: January 3rd. January 3rd. January 12th. February 8th. February 10th. February 17th. February 20th. February 24th. March 5th. March 10th. March 26th... 11 of the 20 players were born in January, February, or March. This isn't unique to the Czechs. Every elite hockey team in the world shows the same pattern. Every elite soccer team too. Why? The eligibility cutoff for youth leagues is January 1st. When you're 10 years old, a kid born in January has 10 months of maturity on a kid born in October. That's 3 or 4 inches of height. The difference between clumsy and coordinated. So we look at a group of 10 year olds, pick the "best" ones, give them special coaching, extra practice, more games. We think we're identifying talent. We're just identifying the oldest. Then we give the oldest more opportunities, and 10 years later they really are the best. Self-fulfilling prophecy. The capitalization rate for hockey talent born in the second half of the year? Close to zero. We're leaving half of all potential hockey players on the table because of an arbitrary date on a calendar. Kids born in the youngest cohort of their school class are 11% less likely to go to college. 11% of human potential squandered because we organize elementary school without reference to biological maturity. Now here's the part about math. Asian kids dramatically outperform Western kids in mathematics. The gap is enormous and consistent across decades of testing. Some people say it's genetic. It's not. It's attitudinal. When Asian kids face a math problem, they believe effort will solve it. When Western kids face a math problem, they believe the answer depends on innate ability they either have or don't. Here's the proof. The international math tests include a 120-question survey. It asks about study habits, parental support, attitudes. It's so long most kids don't finish it. A researcher named Erling Boe decided to rank countries by what percentage of survey questions their kids completed. Then he compared it to the ranking of countries by math performance. The correlation was 0.98. In the history of social science, there has never been a correlation that high. If you want to know how good a country is at math, you don't need to ask any math questions. Just make kids sit down and focus on a task for an extended period of time. If they can do it, they're good at math. Why do Asian cultures have this attitude? Gladwell's theory: rice farming. His European ancestors in medieval England worked about 1,000 hours a year. Dawn to noon, five days a week. Winters off. Lots of holidays. A peasant in South China or Japan in the same period worked 3,000 hours a year. Rice farming isn't just harder than wheat farming. It's a completely different relationship with work. There's a Chinese proverb: "A man who works dawn to dusk 360 days a year will not go hungry." His English ancestors would have said: "A man who works 175 days a year, dawn to 11, may or may not be hungry." If your culture does that for a thousand years, it becomes part of your makeup. When your kids sit down to face a calculus problem, that legacy of persistence translates perfectly. Now consider distance running. In Kenya, there are roughly a million schoolboys between 10 and 17 running 10 to 12 miles a day. In the United States, that number is probably 5,000. Our capitalization rate for distance running is less than 1%. Kenya's is probably 95%. The difference isn't genetic. The difference is what the culture values and where it spends its attention. Here's the most fascinating finding. 30% of American entrepreneurs have been diagnosed with a profound learning disability. Richard Branson is dyslexic. Charles Schwab is dyslexic. John Chambers can barely read his own email. This isn't coincidence. Their entrepreneurialism is a direct function of their disability. How do you succeed if you can't read or write from early childhood? You learn to delegate. You become a great oral communicator. You become a problem solver because your entire life is one big problem. You learn to lead. 80% of dyslexic entrepreneurs were captain of a high school sports team. Versus 30% of non-dyslexic entrepreneurs. By the time they enter the real world, they've spent their whole life practicing the four skills at the core of entrepreneurial success: delegation, oral communication, problem solving, and leadership. Ask them what role dyslexia played in their success and they don't say it was an obstacle. They say it's the reason they succeeded. A disadvantage that became an advantage. Here's what Gladwell wants you to understand: When we see differences in success, our default explanation is differences in ability. We forget how much poverty, stupidity, and attitude constrain what people can become. We refuse to admit that our own arbitrary rules are leaving talent on the table. We cling to naive beliefs that our meritocracies are fair. The capitalization argument is liberating. It says you don't look at a struggling group and conclude they're incapable. It says problems that look genetic or innate are often just failures of exploitation. It says we can make a profound difference in how well people turn out. If we choose to pay attention. This 60 minute Microsoft talk will teach you more about success than every self-help book you've ever read combined. Bookmark this & give it an hour today, no matter what.

The Vancouver Police Training Academy in the Woodward’s building was officially opened today at a ribbon-cutting ceremony with more than 275 guests and community members attending. “This state-of-the-art Academy represents a new chapter in the history of the VPD and, crucially, in how recruits are trained to become officers who will serve the unique and dynamic policing needs of Vancouver,” said Vancouver Police Department (VPD) Chief Steve Rai. “For the first time since 1978, when the Department last had its own training program, we will be able to fully develop the next generation of police officers in Vancouver -- from the day they join our organization to when they graduate and begin their careers with the VPD.” Forty “Class One” recruits began their studies at the facility in the Woodward’s building at 351 Abbott Street in the Downtown Eastside earlier this week. The students will complete their training and start work in the city on June 25, 2027. Another 40 recruits (Class Two) begin their studies January 18, 2027. “The opening of the Vancouver Police Training Academy is a significant milestone for public safety in Vancouver,” said Terry Yung, Minister of State for Community Safety and Integrated Services. “As a graduate and former trustee of the Justice Institute of B.C., training recruits within the city will give them valuable exposure to the operational environment, diverse communities, and public safety challenges they will encounter throughout their careers. This academy will help prepare the next generation of officers and strengthen public safety for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.” Initially announced in February 2026, the 30,000-square-foot, 3-floor Training Academy received provincial approval in March. Construction in the space formerly occupied by London Drugs began June 1. “The Academy is a foundational addition to the Woodward’s building and to the Downtown Eastside community. Greater police presence in the area is already showing a positive public safety impact with the addition of District 5 operations and will only continue to improve now the Academy is running,” said Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim. “Vancouver’s residents, business, and visitors are clear – safety is a top priority for them. This location was specifically chosen to enhance safety, stability and community in the DTES, Gastown, Chinatown and surrounding areas.” The City of Vancouver provided $4 million in total for the work, which included $2.8 million for the establishment of District 5 and $1.2 million for the Academy. Additional costs are fully funded within the approved VPD budget. “Today’s grand opening is indeed a milestone for VPD recruits and the Department. On behalf of the VPD, I thank the City of Vancouver, the Province, Westbank Properties, and the Vancouver Police Foundation for their support. I also want to recognize the many VPD officers and civilian staff who worked tirelessly over the last four months to build out the Recruit Development Program, including a Vancouver-centric curriculum, and to oversee the construction and all other facets of this project,” said Rai. “Ultimately, the Academy is an investment in public safety. Recruits coming through the VPD Academy will have the exceptional skills Vancouver residents, businesses, and visitors expect from the VPD, and they’ll be ready to deploy across the city the moment they graduate.” The Academy features: A virtual reality room where recruits can work through a multitude of high-pressure policing scenarios, including crisis intervention and de-escalation, mental health, and strategic communications Two large classrooms and two smaller classrooms designed for active learning with smaller cohorts to enhance the instructor-to-recruit ratio A report-writing room where recruits hone administrative capabilities A dedicated police radio channel for communications training A gym that includes a turf floor section for training Athletic therapy space A massage, physiotherapy, and first aid room Cafeteria Courses are taught by nine full-time instructors, all of whom are experienced VPD officers with first-hand experience of the policing challenges of the city. They will teach a provincially approved specialized VPD curriculum. Another nine officer instructors are in place at the Tactical Training Centre, where recruits complete use-of-force training, firearms instruction, and other critical skill-building. Driving instruction is provided by VPD trainers at Mission Raceway. All recruits at the Academy use laptops and work under major case management principles, learning VPD systems from Day One to ensure they are efficient and effective when deployed. The VPD Museum will also move into the Woodward’s building so visitors can learn more about the history of the Department.

New episode: "The Stubborn Genius of James Dyson" A few notes from the episode: 1. Copying is for losers. 2. They only come to you because you're eccentric. They can get conformity anywhere. 3. Be different and retain total control. 4. Great work is just the vision of a single person, pursued with dogged determination that is nothing less than obsession. 5. The best founders are obsessive, impractical, product-driven enthusiasts. 6. Hire blank slates: Young people who haven’t been ruined by the bad habits of subpar organizations. 7. Be fired by an inner strength and self-belief that is almost impossible to imagine in this feckless age. 8. Vision is just long-term stubbornness. 9. The root principle is to do things your way. It doesn’t matter how other people do it. 10. As long as it works, and it's exciting, people will follow you. 11. Demand difference from what exists. 12. Extreme success comes from doing something no one else is doing. 13. Learning from history is a form of leverage. Have an interest, verging on obsession, with the past. (Dyson literally wrote an encyclopedia on history's greatest inventions) 14. Do not sell a half-finished product. 15. People do not want all-purpose; they want high-tech specificity. 16. Don’t lose the direct connection to your customer. 17. There is no such thing as a quantum leap. There is only dogged persistence — and in the end you make it look like a quantum leap. 18. You simply cannot mix messages when selling something new. Customers can barely handle one great new idea, let alone two, or even several. 19. You want a single message expressed clearly. 20. Appeal to a specific need. Don’t make your product too wide. Narrow it down. 21. You have to think about the incentives of the people you’re selling to. You can’t sell a bagless vacuum cleaner to people that make $500 million selling vacuum bags. 22. No one is ever eager to fix a cash machine that isn’t broken. 23. The more you’re able to control, the better your product— and then your company— will become. 24. Don’t copy the opposition. Don’t worry about market research. Follow your own star. This is what success entrepreneurs do. 25. The opposite of following your own star is following the herd. That is a path to dull conformity. 26. For innovative, intrinsically excellent products, the markets are often larger than you can predict. 27. The entrenched professional is always going to resist far longer than the private consumer. 28. No one ever got an idea starting at a drawing board. 29. Founder led sales is the most powerful tool. 30. The inventive mind knows that there is always further questions to be asked and new discoveries to be made. 31. A clever person doesn’t spend 14 years building 5,127 prototypes of the world’s first cyclonic vacuum cleaner. A determined person does. 32. If you have an idea for a new product, you engineer, prototype, manufacture, market, and sell it yourself. Retain total control. 33. If it’s not beautiful you’re not done. 34. The founder is personally accountable for every product sold. 35. People buy stories. Invest heavily in storytelling. Why your product exists. How it is made. Who made it. 36. Control is more important than money. 37. When you own the whole company all decisions are your own. 38. How bad do you want it? Dyson made a new prototype, every day, for more than 1,000 days. Alone. 39. Perseverance is not cheap. 40. A project will die if the original mule doesn’t stay on it. The self-belief is not there to press through the hard times. 41. Your company should be the most exciting adventure of your life. 42. If you make it, sell it yourself. 43. Only the person with the closest relationship with the product can make a success of it. 44. There's nothing wrong with being persistently dissatisfied or afraid. 45. You need the confidence — and the stupidity — to do things differently. 46. One decent editorial counts for 1,000 advertisements. 47. Difference for the sake of difference and the continuous improvement of products simply for improvement’s sake. 48. Persistent trial and error allows you to wake up one morning, after many, many mornings, with a world-beating product. 49. Seek out originality for its own sake. 50. Companies are built, not made. 51. You are more likely to solve a problem by being unconventional and determined than by being brilliant. 52. Never sacrifice quality for speed. 53. Magic — the unique way a product does what it does — is never to be underestimated. There are 100 more ideas in the episode. I hope you listen to it. 50 years of Dyson's career + 70 hours of reading (and simplifying) and me just ripping through idea after idea at 2x speed for 90 minutes. It will be hard to find a better use of time.
