The Effect of AI on the Human Brain

Most users don't even question LLMs, do not debate "them", cross-reference, etc... gosh, many don't even read the answers... literally "outsourcing" their thinking.

Bro, the mind adapts to what it consumes. My brother always said a man must curate his inputs. Garbage in, garbage out. AI is a tool, not a master. Control the flow. Don’t let it control you. Discipline your attention, or it will be stolen. Build walls around your focus. Everything else is noise.

This is a very important point...cultivating one's own mind is now more of a priority than ever. Thank you for speaking about this. Voices like yours, Robert, are and always will be precious for awakening what needs to be awakened.

I don’t even know But I think it’s using me

Super interesting topic! Excited to see where this research goes and how it could help us understand ourselves better.

been thinking about this a lot. using it to execute while protecting the thinking part is the only way i’ve found that doesn’t feel like you’re slowly getting dumber.

The brain adapts to every tool we've ever used — this one just thinks back.

世界的主角一定是人 $人 #人 on #BNB

Yep, this is why your AI should be your thinking partner, not replacement. Brainstorm then get feedback.

Thank Bob

We are what you read and watch, so make sure read more so that we could be objective about each topic.

AI is a tool, an amazing technology. Some people are going to use this tool to their advantage, and make millions. The majority of people, however, will be distracted; wasting their lives creating deep fakes and cursing the technology.

Skynet is real..

Absolutely astounding sir. AI has been a culture that's at the intersection of helping or using us. I've been a victim of being used by AI and for a long time I loved it, until I created my own blog and promised myself never to write anything there with AI. I'm enjoying it

Our attention spans were already cooked and this feels like the final blow to deep focus.

In an era where AI can now think for us, teaching our children the fundamentals of independent thought has never been more urgent. They need to learn how to reason, question, create and hold original ideas — not just become expert prompters. Our education system needs an upgrade to meet our modern needs. But we adults cannot exempt ourselves from the same responsibility. We must also learn to function consciously and deliberately instead of operating on autopilot. This is why I’ve been writing posts about developing our “skill to think” by consciously activating and training the Prefrontal Cortex (#UsePFC). In the age of AI, this might be one of the most important skills we can reclaim — not to compete with machines, but to refuse to let our own minds atrophy. Grateful for this powerful reminder.

@grok resume en detail ce qu’il a dit dans le vidéo

We are the substrate, not the interface. Tty to think about it as the sum of all humans, not as a completely different entity from ourselves, but rather an extension/evolution. AI will empower massive organic learning, developing multiple specialized skill acquisition.

Indeed, but I believe humans can still apply their skills by using different prompt techniques. We always have a different knowledge to look forward to.

Great post.

You need to write a book on AI Sir

LLMs are tools of our masters, the rulers of the Earth. And today's people are so weak and disorganized...
