@Goaza_38 Lmao I made it public. The guy who found it was charging £20 for the knowledge and I asked to show me it was real. Figured it out then a friend got a YouTuber at the time take make a video about it

I always wanted to know how mfs found this stuff. Like the bayonet jumping, or tbagging a random corner until you fall underneath the map/rise above the map. My favorite cod4 was the crossfire out of map glitches

Back when COD was the absolute shit. The lobbies were the best. Zero moderators. Every guy knew how to dish out and take shit talking. It made boys into men because you learned how to shit talk with other guys.

Think of it like this: You're lodging yourself into a glitched coordinate state (position) between a stance and crouch where you are perfectly inbetween both, and it has the ability (if your on a head barrier) to do something really cool.... Force you into the next correct position... Which is hilariously is up into the sky until you stop... That's the games's way of saying "this is where you should be instead" in that weird coordinate state.

I love this game so fucking much. I play cod4 to this day. But yeah why the fuck does it work that way xd

I remember there being one on the wall of Castle in WAW. There was like a burn mark on the wall and you'd just T-Bag until you magically levitated above the wall. the glitch never made sense to me but it was very amusing. I cannot seem to find any videos outside the barrel one..

I could never get it to work, had a buddy of mine that would do it on Bloc all the time. We did get the Ambush out of map glitch down to a science though and it took us about 5-10 seconds to get him out of the map immediately

I think its a zip but in slow motion, hitbox getting pushed inside the buildings geometry that then tries to spit you out and decides that means being pushed up with the speed being slow instead of instant, probably to stop camera jerking with elevation changes during normal play

if you position yourself right in the sweetspot where the game doesnt know if you can or cant stand up, it will throw you up into the nearest barrier instead as a failsafe, easiest way i can put it.

I’ll never forget in high school when the new Call of Duty came out I knew a guy who spent the first week looking for glitches like this! Everyone else was rushing through the campaign and playing online but not him he wanted to find glitches first then use them to play online!

The engine is from Quake, the glitch has to do with the geometry of the player & map colliding together & pushing the player out.
