She was lead for Season 2. She is the co lead. She shouldn't have to stay in supporting categories just because the emmys don't like awarding bipoc women as leads.

Not to mention that one of the best episodes she directed. It gave Tina’s story perspective the audience needed and the how the story was told was brilliant.
