That's just the foreign born. They and the 2nd/3rd generation of immigrants will have/have had numerous children who will soon be able to vote.

Imagine if Tokyo, Mexico City or Seoul had 48% of their residents being born outside of their respective countries.

Oxford and Cambridge would predominately be overseas students £££

I'm Irish heart and soul and have little love for Brits in general, but that's just sad. I'm glad my Dad is no longer alive to see this. He was born in Brixton during the war and, while also Irish to the core, England was his home until he emigrated. This would break his heart.
