It's the first step toward being able to imprison dissidents more quickly. It will only serve that purpose. The government decides what is true or what is hate. And whoever goes against it will pay the price.

Sounds like the people who lock people up for criticising their system and worldview just want to have their job made easier to lock up more dissenters. Privacy is a natural right.

Define hate speech and disinformation first

There is no privacy on the internet. Everything digital is sent to America towards the NSA. If you want privacy you can drop the phone move to a forest and there is no privacy there either. You're visible from satellite, drone, balloon or spy plane. Probably dig a hole and hide there and don't talk on a phone or buy anything ever again. There is no privacy in the digital age. Someone always knows your heartbeat and when you farted.
