Scientific research revealed that almost all bowling actions contained some degree of straightening at the elbow (referred to in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as “Elbow Extension”). In theory, therefore, the vast majority of bowlers, with actions considered by umpires to be legal under the Laws of Cricket, were contravening Law 24(3) each time they delivered the ball. It was also demonstrated in studies by human movement specialists that such Elbow Extension in a bowling action became noticeable to the naked eye – and started to look like a throw – when it exceeded 15 degrees. In order to ensure that the intention behind Law 24(2) was upheld and that the distinction between bowling and throwing the ball remained, the ICC has introduced regulations stipulating a maximum degree of permitted Elbow Extension in a bowling action. As with other regulations and Playing Conditions issued by the ICC, these Illegal Bowling Regulations modify the Laws of Cricket as applied to cricket played under the ICC’s jurisdiction. An Illegal Bowling Action is defined in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as a bowling action where a bowler’s Elbow Extension exceeds 15 degrees, measured from the point at which the bowling arm reaches the horizontal until the point at which the ball is released (any Elbow Hyperextension shall be discounted for the purposes of determining an Illegal Bowling Action). According to the Suspect Bowling Action procedure, delivering the ball without elbow extension is acceptable. Key Factors Elbow Flexion Angle (Degrees) - Upper arm horizontal ( Max - Min ) - Ball Release - Elbow Extension Note :- 4.1.2 in the event of a Player being reported during a Match in a Major ICC Event, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out on an expedited basis. Accordingly, unless exceptional circumstances exist, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out within a period of 72 hours from the time of the ICC’s receipt of the Match Officials’ Report;

Finally watched #SafedSagar. Great show. Quality and research top notch. All actors doing justice to the role they were assigned. This is one of the best onscreen portrayal of forces’ ops and life. However, one scene really stayed with me. The moment when the fly boys are taking off from their base and army units are ready for attack huddled behind rocks, India is playing Pakistan in a cricket match. The director did a brilliant job of superimposing the commentary over the scenes. Not sure what his intention was but it always touches a raw nerve. When we were fighting war and losing hundreds of soldiers, even then the cricketing world thought it’s alright to play a match. A cricket match, although reminiscent of age old rivalry and enmity, is still NOT a war. Soldiers sacrifice their lives and limbs in a war, and come back home in coffins and wheelchairs. There’s either victory or death when you’re tasked to scale a height and capture it. In cricket, you can lose a match and still come back to your five star hotel room, wine and dine, and just plan for next match. Not taking away the dedication that cricketers have, because the decision lies with the sporting authorities and governments. Same thing happened after other terror attacks also. Somehow we’ve separated country from cricket when it comes to taking hard decisions. Maybe it’s all about money, maybe it’s something else. Whatever the reason is, somehow the protest of few gets drowned in the shouts of billion plus fans. I wish the nation understands what it means to stand by your soldiers, and to boycott a single day of sporting entertainment is not bigger than self respect. Jai Hind 🫡

Rest in peace, Sir Garry. There will never, ever be another like you. It is with a incredibly heavy heart that I hear the news of the passing of the greatest of them all, Sir Garfield Sobers. For anyone who loves this beautiful game, Sir Garry wasn’t just a cricketer; he was the ultimate standard of what a cricketer could be. When we talk about all-rounders today, we often look at players who can balance two disciplines. But Sir Garry? He was a master of five. He could bat like a dream, bowl fast-medium with the new ball, switch seamlessly to orthodox left-arm spin, bowl wrist spin, and field like a panther at short leg or in the slips. To watch him walk onto a cricket field, with that loose, rhythmic Caribbean stride, collars turned up, was to watch absolute majesty in motion. He played the game with a sublime joy and a fierce, competitive dignity that defined an entire era. I remember the sheer awe he inspired whenever India played the West Indies. You couldn't take your eyes off him. Even when he was taking the game away from you, you couldn't help but marvel at the genius of the man. His 365 not out stood as a mountain for decades, and those six sixes in an over became the stuff of folklore. Yet, off the field, he was always an absolute gentleman—warm, incredibly generous with his knowledge, and fiercely proud of the game's finest traditions. Cricket has lost its brightest jewel today. The stands are a little quieter, and the game is poorer without him. My deepest condolences go out to his family, his friends, and to every cricket lover across the Caribbean and the world who is mourning this incomparable loss.

Normalise RDL as a main movement. The Romanian Deadlift (RDL) or Heavy Barbell Hip Hinge is a powerhouse exercise that has gained a lot of popularity among strength and conditioning coaches, powerlifters, and bodybuilders alike. This movement is often called an “athlete maker" in my mind due to its ability to build strength, muscle mass, and athleticism in both men and women. One of the primary reasons why the RDL is so effective for athletes is because it is triphasic, for the uninitiated meaning it involves three distinct phases of muscle action: eccentric, isometric, and concentric. During the eccentric phase, the lifter is lowering the weight, which creates tension and stress on the muscles, leading to greater muscle damage and adaptation. The isometric phase occurs when the lifter pauses at the bottom of the lift, holding the weight in a static position, which increases the time under tension and helps to build strength and stability. Finally, during the concentric phase, the lifter raises the weight, activating the muscles in a way that promotes greater hypertrophy. Compared to a traditional deadlift off the floor, the RDL places a greater emphasis on the posterior chain, specifically the proximal hamstring, glutes, and erector spinae muscles. The lift also engages the distal hamstring muscles in a nearly fully extended position, promoting greater muscle activation and strengthening. The RDL is an excellent way to develop strength and hypertrophy in these muscle groups, leading to improved overall athletic performance, including greater power, speed, and explosiveness. Given the numerous benefits of the RDL, it should be a main movement in any training program that aims to improve strength, muscle mass, and overall athletic performance. Incorporating heavy barbell hip hinge movements, such as the RDL, into your training regimen can help to promote better posture, improved mobility, and greater overall strength and athleticism. So, whether you are a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or athlete, consider adding the RDL to your training program to take your strength and athleticism to the next level.

Hello Sayema 🤗, it seems you are unaware of the recent history. Don't worry, I will help you reminding why Indians should never celebrate Pakistan if they have some shame left and respect for their fellow countrymen. Kargil War (1999): 527 Indian soldiers martyred, yet India played Pakistan in the World Cup that June. Indian Parliament attack (2001): 8 security personnel & 1 civilian martyred by Pak terrorists. Attack on American Center Kolkata (2002): Pak terrorists killed 4 police constables. Nadimarg Massacre (2003): 24 Kashmiri Pandits killed by Pak terrorists. Despite these, India toured Pakistan in 2004, and Pakistan toured India in 2005. Then came: Delhi Bombing (2005): 60 dead, 200+ injured after Pakistan's cricket tour. Varanasi Bombing (2006): 28 killed in temple & railway station blasts. Mumbai Train Bombing (2006): 200 killed, 700+ injured in serial blasts. India still played Pakistan in 2007-08, while Pakistan responded with: Jaipur Bombing (2008): 63 killed, 200+ injured. Ahmedabad Bombing (2008): 56 killed, 200+ injured. Delhi Bombing (2008): 30 killed, 100+ injured. Mumbai Terror Attacks (2008): 166 killed. Despite all this, India kept playing Pakistan, influenced by sickulars like Sayema. Let’s not forget, for Pakistan, playing India brings them money minted off our stars and it's not just a cricket match for them, it's Pakistan vs XI Kaafirs, as Waqar Younis and many others have openly admitted multiple times. Also not to forget when Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar openly declared that they will first capture Kashmir and then invade India from all sides for Ghazwa-e-Hind. If you still think we should cheer for such mindsets, you're losing the plot. Hope Sayema chooses India first, instead of living in her delusion of Aman Ki Asha and drooling over her Paki-loving fantasies.

Brysen Wright, RareBreeds 12U 6'2 180, Wide Receiver St. Augustine, Florida The best player on the field was obvious for Sunday's main event of the Youth National Championship presented by Battle Sports. Wide receiver Bryson Wright is the prototype as a pass catcher. Massive frame that is already Power Five ready despite still in middle school. He is filled out and with six-plus years of development before he can even enter a college weight training program, he passes the eye test better than most top wide receiver prospects in the 2024 class right now. An addition to the already star studded RareBreeds perennial Yfbplayoff winning squad, Wright has brought a 'Florida swagger' to a team that dominated 40-14. "The coaching." said Wright on what has elevated him to the top of his age group. "I've been working with the right coaching, learning how to not be selfish and always just do the best I can. Normally tall, bigger guys can't play the way I play. I'm athletic for my size and that's really the biggest part of my game that makes me different." Intangible-wise he checks every single box the same as his size. Wright was able to run multiple routes and did not simply rely on being the biggest skill position player on the field. He is a natural catcher of the football and showed it on a highlight-worthy one-handed grab in the left corner of the endzone early in the contest. On an in-breaking 10-yard route, Wright took a reception for 40-plus for a score proving he can mix in some explosiveness and speed to being a massive target. Ohio State, Florida State, North Carolina and Georgia are schools he hopes to hear from once he gets to the high school level, but he may not have to wait too long. College coaches are already taking notice of the advanced offensive weapon and he could end up one of the few middle school prospects to earn Power Five offers before even deciding where he plays high school ball.

Namaste, Ma'am...Aapko 1 story sunata hoon.... In the summer of 1980, a distraught 7th grade boy stood in the courtyard of a modest house in Mylapore, watching his father toss his cricket bat down a deep well. A fast bouncer had shattered the boy's spectacles during a local match & his father, a renowned Sanskrit logician, was terrified for his son's sight. "Your cricket days are done," his father declared, handing him a violin. "If you want to master precision, master this." The boy did not throw a tantrum. He directed his focus toward the strings, training until he was performing alongside musical legends, even taking direct corrections from Bharat Ratna M.S. Subbulakshmi. 5 yrs later, he suffered another blow: he failed to clear the IIT-JEE examination. He did not give up. He enrolled in a regional engineering college, quietly mastering computer science logic gates. He eventually worked his way into IIT Madras as a postgrad researcher, earned a PhD, joined as a prof & eventually became the Director of the very institute that had once turned him away. By 2011, while the world was building consumer mobile apps, this prof was looking at a hidden national vulnerability: every radar, fighter jet, banking server & defense system in India was running on foreign-designed microprocessors. He had a single question in his mind: "We can test that a foreign chip does what we WANT it to do. But can we guarantee it does not do something we DO NOT want it to do when a war starts?" He proposed building a completely indigenous, industrial-grade microprocessor from scratch. Global tech giants insisted it could not be done w/o billions of dollars in infrastructure & massive foreign patents. He did not care. Working out of cramped labs on long shifts, he & his team adopted the open source RISC-V instruction set. They hand-coded logic gates, mapped silicon layouts & verified billions of instruction cycles. In July 2018, a tiny 16mm² piece of silicon codenamed Risecreek arrived back at the lab. The team wired it up, flipped the switch & watched a flickering monitor as the Linux operating system booted on 100% Indian-designed silicon for the 1st time in history. Today, his SHAKTI processor architecture powers everything from defense communications to space grade controllers built in collaboration with ISRO. That young boy whose father threw his cricket bat down a well... The student who missed the JEE list in 1985... The violinist who turned down the official IIT Director's mansion to stay in his family home & protect his late father's Sanskrit library... His name is Prof. Veezhinathan Kamakoti.

Frameworks such as ai16zdao's Eliza and Virtuals Protocol have been instrumental in early AI agent developments. Agent swarms working in hierarchy represents for many the next logical step in unlocking the vast potential of AI. Learn below how Shadō Network achieves this. AI agents launched through current popular platforms have individual personas, on-chain functions and access to data via various APIs. This being said, they operate in isolated environments, with a ceiling on emergent behaviour such as collaboration or competition. Shadō Network invites massive expansion for capabilities of both new and existing AI agents, with an open-source package easily integrated into popular frameworks that enables the launching of stratified agent swarms. Our website is live: The "Shadō Play" package provides a modular, configurable platform for creating or employing agents of choice in a swarm-like setup, opening a Pandora’s box of near infinite emergent agent behaviours, relationships and functionalities. Users will be able to make use of various prefab client integrations such as Twitter, Telegram, Ollama, and others to specify swarms to their needs or create their own extensions to enhance agent capabilities even further. Agents operate with a memory module and a HTN for autonomously deciding which interactions to act on, walking the line between autonomy and configurability. The Shadō Network project’s development is supported by our ghostly friend Omnipotent (👻,👻), an AI agent developed by the Shadō Network team trained on and fine tuned with a multitude of academic data related to artificial intelligence, blockchain, finance, software engineering, world building and more. Omnipotent serves as both an interactive steward for the project and as an asset - regularly scanning social platforms, websites and newsfeeds he is capable of providing the team project development advice, whilst also communicating with the wider world via his automated X account (launching soon). Shado Network is collaborative and open-sourced. Agentic Swarms require a developer swarm to maximize the technical capabilities and impact the greatest number of users. Our dedicated team of core contributors are active in other web3 AI repos and are here to guide project direction and foster growth. We’re facilitators, not gatekeepers... Alone we can go fast but together we can go far. A lot more to come soon. 👻

Self organisation is for LAZY coaches! Elite coaches should verbalise all of the nuances of detail to maximise the performance of their athletes. Video analysis should provide you with all of the granular data so that you can make minute analysis and provide the most specific cues for each step in the sprint. 🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥 At the end of last the summer I reached to Frans Bosch to bug him on all things sprinting. It’s been 3/4 years since we had spoken last so it was very refreshing to talk about what I had been witnessing whilst analysing footballers. Somethings that I learnt from him over a decade ago and have consistently used to maximise speed skills. 1) “take the arms out of the running cycle and the body will need to self organise in order to avoid over rotation and thus keep the abdominals in the sweet spot” 2) “Run bouncy with excellent co contractions between hip, knee and ankle will keep the hamstring in the sweet spot, reducing strain” 3) “Stabilise running technique by clarifying how to PROJECT , SWITCH AND REACT (PSR) over increasing amounts of velocity, vectors and variations of instability” 🔬🔬🔬🔬🔬🔬🔬🔬🔬🔬🔬 I took the concept of PSR directly from the heuristics of dpfaff 15 years ago. A man who gives and gives and gives and gives some more. Dan let me bug him for months, write my thesis on him, then I got to stalk him daily for 3 years in the build up to the 2012 Olympics. Coaching the PSR pillers became a very helpful way of reducing the clutter of technical jargon and degrees of freedom. It focused my coaching eye and created a shared language for athletes, therapists and non technical coaches. ⚽️🏉🏈🏟️🥅🎾🏏🏐🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾🏃🏽‍♂️ 3 years ago I started working with Ryan Grubbs before he joined the NFL. Ryan and I put our heads together to create a system that would reduce the friction for coaches wanting to coach more efficient movement . We downloaded our brains in to a range of decision trees and algorithms and then began to support teams through our joint venture Speed Solutions We provide a unique macroscopic analysis of intense game actions (acceleration, deceleration , change of direction and max velocity). All data is visualised and compared athletes of a similar level within our data base. We have stood on the shoulders of great academic work of Ryu Nagahara Helen Bayne James Wild and Ken Clark, PhD and then layered in our experiences coaching the best athletes and players from around the world. 🤳🎥👾💻🖥️🧑‍💻📉📊📈 vuemotion provide us with the data and Speed Solutions provides us with the insight. Self organisation is a concept built for lazy coaches like me. Measure what matters. Coach the PSR PILLERS Design a training environment that challenges skill stability. Then Measure again. 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🤕🤕🤕🤕🤕🤕🤕 This was longer than I planned (I am sick stuck in bed) , so well done if you made it this far. Drop me a question video analysis using, lazy coaching or building Olympic level Speed Skills.
