Bitcoin is going to demonetize real estate

Damn, never thought about that one 😍 Bitcoin will swallow everything.

This guy gets it. They are essentially reducing the risk on the lender side by incorporating bitcoin into the the sale of commercial property! That is because they know digital property (i.e. bitcoin) is a much less risky asset as compared to the real estate itself! As a result they can provide more flexible terms to the lender while also reducing their risk. If you play this out, it is only a matter of time until Bitcoin reduces real estate to it's utility value. People are using real estate to preserver their wealth which is a horribly imperfect asset when compared to bitcoin.
