Dude yes they have. They said they’ve gotten enough evidence from the ncaa to conclude that Michigan violated the sportsmanship policy which is written intentionally vague and gives the commissioner ultimate power

yes they have, your school has said they have barely looked at any of the evidence against them even tho they were given a lot of it.

All of that is true plus the original accusation itself is pitifully weak.
