If you're going to quote EPA estimates at the time they imposed restrictions, an actual journalist might mention whether those predictions came to pass or not. I suspect this guy's silence on the matter provides the answer.

The $300 billion “savings” line is the press release. The real fight is whether they can also say the EPA has no authority to regulate those emissions at all. Courts are going to chew on this for years.
