The EU leaders recently released a statement. It contained no criticisms of Israel's savagery and could only call for a ‘humanitarian pause’ of the slaughter in Gaza. Why is no-one shouting STOP?

We all care about children and lives, it’s not a novel idea. You don’t get points for having capacity for empathy, the majority of us have it, maybe less so in politicians. It’s a pointless contribution that requires zero education on the subject.

We have people with fuel running out in Ireland but don't let that distract from the virtue signalling.
