I was there. It was incredible! Jesus was there! It was a deeply moving event: a once in a lifetime blessing. The cathedral was packed for Mass. Fountain Square was packed. After adoration, there were lines for confession twisting through the square! Thank you, Jesus!

🇺🇸 On the 250th anniversary weekend of the United States, American Catholics joined the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage through the streets of Philadelphia—walking 2 miles from the Cathedral Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul to the National Shrine of St. John Neumann during a Eucharistic procession following the closing Mass of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage. The journey began in St. Augustine, Florida in May and made its way up the east coast of the US until arriving in Pennsylvania on July 2nd. Faith in motion. Christ in our midst.
