Let's take the Israel-Palestine conflict as an example. Now, there is a peace agreement between the two states, and the United States is the guarantor of this agreement. What happens if Palestinians start to attack and murder Israelis? The United States can interact. Right? There was a peace agreement between the Romans and Turks on the island of Cyprus, taken under warranty by the UK and Turkiye in 1960. But the Romans were not satisfied with this agreement. They decided to attack the Turks, murder them all, and connect the Island to Greece. Anybody can search for the terms Eoka and Enosis to find information about these facts. This massacre continued for about 14 years on the island despite all the warnings from Turkiye, the UK, and even the US. After the massacre called “Bloody Noel” in which the Romans killed dozens of other Turks in a single day, Turkiye used its rights from the peace agreement signed in 1960, conducted an operation called “Peace Operation”, and saved the Turks. We pulled them all to the Turkish region, drew a border, and have been protecting them since then. It was really a peace operation. The proof is that nobody has been murdered on the island since 1974. This blood thirsty Roman parliament and similar people demand that Turkish forces get out of the island of Cyprus so that they can continue to kill Turks and leave not a single living Turkish person. Turkiye will not allow that. Cannot allow that. An embargo imposed on a tiny island for 52 years is not humanitarian. That is also proof that Eu is trying to eliminate all the Turkish babies living on the island. But thanks to Turkiye, we are not letting that happen. The EU should lift the sanctions over Cyprus. That is the human way. And the EU should demilitarize the southern region of the island. After that, we can start discussing withdrawing Turkish forces from the island.

You can’t simply claim that one region is yours and say that others are violators. By the way, why is Cyprus Greek? You can call it Roman but never Greek.

Greeks systematically murdered innocent Turks in #Cyprus for the sake of ENOSIS. Fortunately, Turkiye intervened and there is peace since 1974. They deserve appreciation for this action, God bless Tukiye!

Turkiye used guarantor state rights in order to protect Turkish Cypriots against the on going ethnic cleansing since 1950 and the EOKA’s attempted genocide in 1974. Even the barbaric EOKA leader Samson admitted he was going to commit genocide against Tuekish Cypriots. On the other hand EOKA is a racist barbaric terrorist oeganization. You have not beg pardon because of the atrocities commited by them. EU did make a mistake. EU did apply double standards. If EU was fair and just, they wouldn’y apply double standards and except the membership of Southern Cyprus since the country had on going critical border issues. And for years, EU had to be patient for Greece’s and South Cyprus’s vetos against anyrhing positive for Turkiye. Even this attitude of those two countries show that those two are the racist and barbaric ones. However, the world is falling to a security crisis now while EU cannot defend herself with her dominantly passive peace lover youth and puny small countries like Greece and South Cyprus.
