Small update on the ODM rig, took a surprising amount of troubleshooting to get this result :D The idea behind this, was to tweak the position of the model on different shaped/sized characters using Anchor bones. so that the rig is as universal as possible! #blender #rigging

I've recently been asked how to add some delay to body movements in a model, so I made this tutorial! I also shared examples of using delay in other rigging parts. The concept is very simple. ⚠️ This video contains my voice. #Live2D #live2dtutorial

I get to finally show off the most complex model I've worked on yet. She's beefy with a lot of toggles, layers and clipping. But she turned out so pretty. This skirt took me 2 weeks to finish. 👗 #Live2D #Vtuber

I’ve tried nearly every generative model since late 2022, and Tencent Hy 2.5 (released today) is next level. Full 3D + rigging + animation together. Here’s the same lighthouse, generated on Scenario & modeled via Blender MCP a month ago… now recreated using Hunyuan3D 2.5. More amazing examples below 👇🧵

0 clipping magic trick for Vtuber creators use bone constraints in unity or blender, to make the skirt follow the leg movement! when you apply physics together with this you will have 0 clipping with minimal effort on collision settings!

Do you have a visualiser in your cupboard? Plug it into your computer and see how you can bring the teaching slides to life through live modelling! 🎬 By using the visualiser, you can model your thinking aloud and children can build alongside you. It also gives you the flexibility to model as many examples as you may need! 🟡🔴

SeeDance2 is now available on Runway. It's an amazing model and Runway's interface is the perfect place to experiment. Interestingly the soundtrack was generated by SeeDance and I extended it using Suno. SoundFX were also added and they provided continuity across the video.

When rigging the model, you can duplicate the artmesh to handle the 3D effect for X and Y rotation. This technique also applies when rigging the skirt's X and Y angles. #Live2D #Live2DWIP
