However, they deliberately went out of their way to have the EN voice actress record the lines for the D23 trailer, but no one heard it during the panel cuz the audience cheering was too loud 😅

We all know right before Charlie was murdered there's a strange voice heard over the audio that says something like "stay there" "stay down" or similar. What most people don't know is that "voice" or maybe someone else's voice can be heard saying the same thing in different recordings from completely different locations. I swear I'm not hearing voices 😉(See video). Was there a radio transmission put out to operatives in the crowd right before the big bang? We need all the audio we can get and the different frequencies isolated 🙏
