The Fallen Refuge is the new Map within the Withered Isle Realm that introduces a special The Walking Dead themed tile, melding the architecture of the iconic Season 3 prison tower and Season 1 hospital, twisted by the Entity's Realm. Coming on July 29.

Sorry but recently the communication has been SO CONFUSING, first you said no map, then you said only a tile when a TWD character is played, and now it's a map. What is happening and can you fix Hag's aura addons they simply don't work

We can confirm it is a Map that will spawn randomly like any other Map, with a unique The Walking Dead themed tile.

There was some confusion around this during the PTB but we can confirm that you do not need a certain Survivor to be in the Trial to play on the Fallen Refuge!

Thanks for clearing that up boss. So, may I ask, why wasn’t it featured on the Roadmap?

@DeadbyDaylight I don’t think the new dead sands map that came with Tokyo ghoul was on the roadmap and neither was skull merchants hunting camp being set up on shelter woods, idk what the criteria is for new maps on roadmaps

@deadbyloba Yeah but Freddy’s was on the roadmap wasn’t it? And that was on an existing realm. Also that Dead Sands should’ve had SOMETHING from TG on it. I haven’t even watched or read but missed opportunity.

@deadbyloba i dont think a map with one small tile was worth it to say that they were going to release a new map. it would have high expectations like the five nights at freddys pizzeria

Rework this map please. This map look like not funny joke, u just put here 1 tower and a couple walls from hospital and you are happy? Where is bhvr that made springwood, nostromo and haddonfield. Everything you do has to be paid? Can't you make a decent free map?

So it IS a new map? This looks like a fairly non survivor sided map so...good. Keep doing this. It's a shame there's one one special tile though. So many opportunities with TWD-style locations like a prison wall, cellblock, Alexandria, Kind County, Sanctuary etc. But please, as others have said...adjust the filter haha

Could we expand the main building atleast to it feels more of a walking dead map rather than a 95% original map? Or better not, make every loop have the hospital walls from TWD season 1 and have a separate prison tower with its own loop.

It could be considered to release a new assassin with hard difficulty, meaning that he is blind but at the same time has blurred vision and has to find the players through echolocation. It would be great.
