@movie_tvshows_ A sound of... blundering people's favorite franchises.

@movie_tvshows_ A Karen is much worse than a lizard

@movie_tvshows_ This...actually kind upsets me thinking about this. Like....Because someone steps on a butterfly the very same person who stepped on that butterfly changed? That's NOT HOW TIME TRAVEL WORKS!

@movie_tvshows_ Producer: How do we explain the butterfly effect to retarded woke activists. DEI: Hold my matcha latte

@movie_tvshows_ Classic example of shit Doctor Who writing. Why should this one particular event work differently to every other time they time travel?

@movie_tvshows_ For all y'all talking about this retconning the entire series, the rules were changed when the 14th Doctor (David Tennant) invoked Superstition at the edge of the universe where all things are possible. He said it himself that he let superstition into the universe.

@movie_tvshows_

@movie_tvshows_ If this is how time travel works in Doctor Who then he has erased billions of lives and many civilizations because he crushed organisms under the leaves or in the grass, he didnt see, that "butterfly effect" people into not existing.

@movie_tvshows_ nevermind the stupid time travel the doctor just breathes life back into the butterfly magically... back in the days he would have rushed into the tardis, grab a thingy to place the butterfly in, mention that he ins't dead yet and can be saved and saved it. voilà ! downgrade !

@movie_tvshows_ Why didn't the reapers show up?

@movie_tvshows_

@movie_tvshows_ Kind of contradicts the whole “flexible time” idea in Dr Who; where changes won’t significantly affect human evolution over time. Was this supposed to be an intrusion on a fixed point?

@movie_tvshows_ Fixed points in time to "yeah fuck it, butterfly turns them into lizard people"

@movie_tvshows_ Cool, cool, just fully contradict everything that came before for a gag... Fuck what the 12th said

@movie_tvshows_ If a butterfly flaps it’s wings there’s a tsunami in the Philippines is the usual layman’s explanation of the chaos theory concept. But of course RTD has to KILL the butterfly in his gaypornaganda version. And only ugly men with spiv moustaches can save them 😂🤮🤬

@movie_tvshows_ This is driving me up a wall! That's not how time travel works in Doctor Who!!!! A small thing like a single Butterfly doesn't matter. The details of the timeline are in constant flux (Rory, banana daiquiri), but key events are largely the same (unless directly tampered with).

@movie_tvshows_ *sighs* Time travel does not work like that, not even the version of time travel in the show works like that. The timeline has been messed with before in that show and the main characters have never completely change like ever.

@movie_tvshows_ This is funny, and a nod to Bradbury, but the Doctor has changed the hell out of history hundreds of times and God knows what his companions would look like at the end of it all. The "stepped on a butterfly" view of time travel obviously doesn't apply in the Doctor Who universe.

@movie_tvshows_ I haven’t watched any Dr Who for years but how does this make sense in context of the show? In the show, time is always in flux but certain moments are fixed and CAN’t be changed, so was that Butterfly a fixed point or part of one?

@movie_tvshows_ So who step on butterfly on earth doctor turn black ?

@movie_tvshows_

@movie_tvshows_ “Peak film moments” Posts modern Doctor Who slop. Something isn’t adding up here 🤔

@movie_tvshows_ "People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect. But actually, from a nonlinear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff." What happens after what has happened before can only affect the present past's future.

@movie_tvshows_ Watching someone spiral through the butterfly effect and ending up as a literal lizard with a bad attitude is peak dark comedy. It really shows how one tiny change can mess up your entire existence in the most disrespectful way possible.

@movie_tvshows_ Everyone complaining about "woke this, DEI that", meanwhile I'm sitting over here wondering how it is that Ruby changed because of the butterfly but DIDN'T snap from existence while in the ruined future because of the Maestro...

@movie_tvshows_ Has he ever been able resurrect bugs with his breath b4 or is this new?

@movie_tvshows_ Can’t watch anymore since they changed so much to please liberals.

@movie_tvshows_ What? Insects rose up in response to this evil deed and became the apex species? This series has slid very much down that slippery slope of slop.

@movie_tvshows_ The scene is ridiculous. I’m glad I stopped watching with season 10.

@movie_tvshows_ >Peak Film Moments >Modern Dr. Poo. Lol Lmao even

@movie_tvshows_ @DastanPrinceTF

@movie_tvshows_ Yeah, I'm glad I stopped watching after Matt Smith.

@movie_tvshows_ The Doctor once again proving he can bring things back to life as casually as breathing
