The Fed made the wrong decision, but the Fed can’t fix the affordability problem.

@WallStreetMav The current inflation is temporary and artificial due to the conflict in Iran therefore a hike in the interest rate was unwarranted. The American homeowner & consumer needed a break. The Fed made a bad decision based on habit & outdated past practice. They let us down.

It was always a Ponzi scheme. Incredibly people cannot understand a basic concept. When supply of dollars is increased continually because they have nothing backing them, eventually they are worth nothing and will necessarily need to be replaced. #TreasuryDollarsPlease

The "affordability problem" was created in 2022, and inflation is now running about average. Why are you pushing the Democrat narrative?

Fed essentially said, we can't be using too much oil. If that wasn't issue, they never would've hiked.

cutting rates would help with affordability no ??

It was a unanimous Fed vote. Inflation is well above the 2% target, and unemployment is low. It was clearly the right thing to do to control inflation.
