What is this filming technique called? 😂

With minimal editing, it could actually be made into solid work. It could be smoother, but there are stabilizing apps and actions within software anymore to help with that. Speed can be adjusted. As far as material goes, as long as he recorded at a decent frame rate and resolution, he got an and b roll that could be cut and better organized into a fun sequence. Color and lighting can be corrected in post. It's really not bad for a single go. I'm impressed.
