Yesterday morning while trying to take my 7 year old daughter to school my psycho neighbor was moving his vehicle. He pulled into my driveway and BLOCKED ME IN to stop me from reversing or something; I didn't know what he was about to do because he has a history of violence (to both his mom AND dad) that's known in our neighborhood. I didn't know if he was going to hit my car or try to assault me. He then backed out into the street some and stopped again before backing into his driveway.
