The first Mountain Dew commercial from 1966

I’ve had this all my life I guess I’ll pass it down to my grandchildren one day I called him Uncle Willie when I was a kid My dad worked for PepsiCo in Birmingham when Mountain Dew came out There use to be a bottle with my dad’s and mom’s name on it. That got lost years ago. Thanks for posting this.

True story. I worked in Roanoke Va. where I worked was the Dr. Pepper and Mountain Dew bottling plant. Some of the I-beams were full of bottle caps. As far as I know there’s still some in the I-beams today.
