I have never seen an Airlines with such poor services 😕 Passengers are stuck at Dubai Airport without any communication from the Airlines. The airline is not catering for their hotel nor food. Some of the Passengers have children but they don't have where to sleep, no washrooms for them to shower. Dubai police now has instructed Passengers to go and eat at the restaurant with in the terminal and will force Uganda Airlines to pay for the costs. It's so embarrassing 😳
