Not the water tower, yet.. This was further back.. They were shooting at the Counter Snipers on the roof, and hit the bystanders.

The FBI just wrapped up their investigation in to yesterday’s shooting. They’re arresting Trump for “interfering with a government orchestrated assassination attempt”, “leaving the scene of a shooting with only minor injuries”, “unauthorized use of a MIRACLE!” And “conspiring with God to survive”

Wherever those came from were the ones that hit the JCB telehandler. It was not in any obvious shot line to the roof, but it does make it more in-line for a shot from the water tower.

So, we are seeing two different rounds being fired, but one of them (the one that hits the bleachers) is suppressed, so it sounds like only one shot was taken.

🇺🇸 FIRST SHOT: It’s tough to see, but I think I found the muzzle flash from the first shot. This makes or breaks the situation. It’s important to know where the first shot came from. It looks like the shot came from the direction of the suspect, upwards. Theories: 1) An agent fumbles his gun and it falls there, hence they all scream “GUN!” They mean a second gun. The shot is unaided, just random. 2) An agent shot upwards? Seems unlikely. Why would others scream “gun” and run after seeing an agent with a gun? 3) The guy took away the gun? But he was on his elbows literally a second before the shot was fired.

In the S4 documentary, Bob Lazar says the UFOs have to make a series of jumps to get from one star to the next. I think this is how it actually works. You need a straight shot to your target and the distance is limited by the energy input. Three emitters focusing on a point to make a singularity aka black hole aka wormhole.
