@nejatian has never participated in a turnaround but preaches us as if he has done it multiple times. Maybe he should be humble & no preach to us about turning $open around. He is successful, he is already a multimillionaire, but he is working for us, talk to us.

I had this conversation with my son last night. He was blaming others for something that happened. Growth comes from being responsible and owning it.

Choosing growth is choosing to take responsibility for where your life is at.

Radical ownership is uncomfortable because it removes excuses. But it also gives you something excuses never will: control. The moment you stop blaming circumstances, you regain the power to change your circumstances.

I spent years blaming school for the time and money it cost me. It may deserve the criticism. But blame never refunded a dollar. Responsibility gave me a business.

Responsibility gets interesting when fault is irrelevant. I did not invent college tuition, but I signed the papers. I did not control every failed business, but I chose the bets. The moment I stopped asking who caused it, I could finally ask what I was going to do about it.
