The first teacher cannot spell 'January,' and the other one doesn't know the names of the Chief Minister and Prime Minister. How did they even become teachers? Reservation is ruining both the present and future of India 🇮🇳😔.

Endless reservations are a bane for our society. The reservations have to be timeframe and/or wealth bound. Having said that, I can bet you that even the non reserved teachers will have the same calibre in our public schools.

How is the reservation ruining the present and future of India? Let me ask you a couple of questions. Did she not give an examination? Did she not give an interview? Did she selected without selection process? Yes she passed everything but the question is how? Why selection process not tighten? Why are deserving candidates from reservation quota not selected? There are lots of why and what. First we need to find the answers of that why and what. Then we can complain against reservation.

Step 1 - conduct a nationwide exam only for sc/st students after passing 10th class Step 2- select the top 15-20% students and provide them money, coaching fee, college fee, hostel fee and whatever you want

Lol. This has nothing to do with reservation. It has more to do with local political leaders providing jobs to anyone who comes to them with good offer. This is very prevalent. I know a lot of general category people who can't even spell cat and they are teaching English

Come to my education institute (Polytechnic Ayodhya). English teacher (UC) cannot write one sentence in English. She teaches English in Hindi. This has nothing to do with reservation but with corruption.
