This looks fucking atrocious, maybe this would be a fine movie on it's own but it so easily misses a lot of the point of the Gene Wilder original, Burton Remake 2.0

Looks terrible unfortunately. They’ve been trying to make Chalamet a star for years now, but he’s overexposed and has been in too many flops already - he’s also miscast badly in this. RIP gene wilder

A whimsical fantasy chocolate movie shot to look like a ww2 drama is certainly an interesting aesthetic choice
