But he used every single part of the fish He seperated the fillet (flesh) for the other parts of the fish He cooked the bone, skin ( other parts) and blended it with pepper and other spices to make the base Then he put the fillet into the blended base No wasted part everything was used

What’s you guys problem? There’s nothing wrong with it. The fish bones and carcass was used to make a broth after which he reduced it, seasoned and blended it to make a sauce which he then cooked the fish in. Try to dey expand una cooking at times, cos it’s unconventional ≠wrong
