The FOIA (below) reveals the note Jackson questioned Proctor about: DiCicco noting Karen’s return to 1 Meadows on ring video, which went ‘missing’ in MSP custody. The same DiCicco accompanied Tully to 34 Fairview to “find” taillight for SERT and “Watson” at the autopsy.

New Video- SERT SEARCH: Hiding The Damage When you look at this case through the lens that the MSP (Tully, Proctor & Yuri) were working an "honest investigation, not covering anything up"- is when you truly see how unexplainable their actions during the investigation were. Looking through that lens, when you think about Yuri, Proctor & Tully NOT providing SERT A photograph of the damaged taillight, there is no explanation for it. -They "KNEW" how much damage there was to the taillight -They KNEW SERT was at the scene LOOKING for the taillight -They KNEW that nobody at the scene knew how much damage was at the time. KNOWING this, for them to not send a picture to Tully of the damage to assist the SERT search makes ZERO sense. They should have WANTED to find as much taillight as possible. The problem is, the taillight they needed to be there, wasn't. yet.

The tow truck driver not taking a photo of Karen’s damaged taillight always struck me as odd, especially considering this was supposedly the “murder weapon” he was transporting back to Canton from Dighton. In this obviously edited and manipulated Sallyport clip, the driver appears to exit the Lexus and move toward the rear to take a picture. Proctor intercepts him, and he changes direction to photograph the front license plate instead. What’s fascinating are the glitches: the driver freezes, appears to morph into two people, and there seems to be a visible time cut. Equally interesting is how the white light Coleen Crawford edited onto the unbroken driver-side taillight in the inverted video appears to morph onto the driver’s jacket. Proctor never sought Ring footage from any surrounding homes. Ring footage from Karen’s return to John’s was deleted in his custody. No third-party video evidence exists except for footage from Mr. Read’s home, which was noted as one of the reasons Karen was acquitted.

Tully & Ohara SERT SEARCH: “Start of search” We know that the SERT team waited for Brian Tully to arrive at 34 Fairview so he could show them WHERE to search and WHAT they would be searching for. Today- Ohara claimed he started the search at 5:25 PM. That was not only a change in testimony from the last trial, but it also completely contradicts Brian Tully from the last trial. Trial 1- Brian Tully claimed he didn’t arrive to Fairview until 5:30 PM. He also claims there was only 2 officers from SERT present at that time. (Video) So how is it that Ohara now all of a sudden began the search before Brian Tully even arrived ?

Seeing Lt. Mike Lank at the Canton High hockey game reminded me of one of those little details from the Karen Read trial that somehow never gets less strange the more you look at it. Jennifer McCabe testified that on the morning of January 30th she left 1 Meadows, drove to Mike Lank’s house on Oakdale, and only went past 34 Fairview because that’s the normal way to get there. And to be fair, from 1 Meadows to Oakdale, yes… you could pass Fairview depending on the route. No problem there. Except for one small issue. Her Life360 data shows she didn’t go straight from 1 Meadows to Lank’s. It shows she went from 1 Meadows to Country Lane (her house) then she left her house and drove past 34 Fairview, then to Oakdale (Lank’s) Once you go to Country Lane first, driving past Fairview is no longer the natural route to Oakdale. Not even close. You would have to go out of your way to go by 34 Fairview. But in court, the explanation was simple…“We drove by Fairview because that’s the way we go to Lank’s.” Right. That works… only if you ignore the part where the phone data shows you went home first. Just one of those little coincidences in this case where the phones keep telling one story…and the witnesses keep telling another. But sure. Totally normal morning. Nothing to see here.

And here’s Bill Read himself confirming that yes, Karen’s taillight was already broken while her car was parked in the driveway at 1 Meadows WELL BEFORE the Massachusetts State Police ever took custody of her Lexus. ARCCA has stated that Karen Read bumping John O’Keefe’s vehicle around 5AM that morning at the speed she did would NOT have caused that damage to her taillight. So when did the damage occur? Facts matter. Just stop it.

Lank-house episode is one of the most legitimate credibility problems in Jen and Kerry’s Jan 30th timeline, not because the evidence proves a secret meeting, but because the visit was initially undisclosed, the route changed, and the explanations became narrower only after location data surfaced. 12:13 Jen leaves her house. 12:19 Jen arrives at 1 Meadows. 12:30 Dicicco arrives @ 1 Meadows to interview witnesses 5:12 Jen leaves 1 Meadows. 5:21 Jen returns to her own house. 5:28 Jen leaves her house again. 5:36 Jen’s location is at 34 Fairview. 5:40 Jen leaves the 34 Fairview area. 5:43 Jen arrives at Lank’s house. 6:28 Jen leaves Lank’s house. 6:34 Jen arrives home. Jen was home from 5:21 to 5:28 p.m. She then arrived at Lank’s around 5:43 p.m. only about 15 minutes after leaving home. She was just at her house, why did she just poop in her own house? Why would Jen leave 1 or 2 of her daughters at 1 Meadows, return to her own house, then get back into Kerry’s car to drive past 34 Fairview and spend 45 minutes at Lank’s, only to return home without her daughters? The 7am family meeting at 34 Fairview is where they decided to put the blame on Karen Read for the murder of John O'Keefe. This is why Lank was called back. Their original story had holes and could easily be questioned. Karen had a broken taillight. She was the easiest target.
