And Hawaii. I mean, it's good the area's getting the help it needs but it's maddening that the government barely did anything to help NC or Hawaii when they were suffering.

You have no idea how badly I hate the government. I'm pretty sure I did more for people in my home town in Appalachia than the Feds did. I personally spent 10k on fresh water for them.
