Orioles chief revenue officer Don Rovak says ticket plans for the new Truist Club behind home plate start at 40-game packages for $15,000. That comes out to $375 a ticket. The team won’t be selling individual game tickets but they will be available on secondary markets.

Another black mother is teaching her children to steal packages off of other people's porches out in the upscale suburbs of Peachtree city. PeachTree Police are looking for the two brazen thieves. They have stolen thousands of $ in packages. The girl is probably 5 or 6 yrs-old.

In NY City, it appears there are two levels of justice. The police aid their buddies to skip buying a ticket for the subway.

🧵 Seattle's "Find it, Fix it" app is turning out to be quite the scandal — particularly when it comes to reporting illegal homeless encampments. The vagrants are pitching tents and parking their broken down RV drug dens outside of people's homes in residential neighborhoods. Residents sent me video footage of vagrants stealing their packages, and engaging in other criminal activity. When home owners go to report the illegal camping on the "Find it, Fix it" app, the City of Seattle immediately closes out their tickets. This vagrant below has been living in an illegal RV parked in a residential neighborhood. He was later captured on video stealing people’s packages. When he was reported on the app, the city of Seattle didn’t care and closed out the ticket.

If after sorting 250k packages they sprayed carbonated drink on my mechanical parts while more packages approached me…I would walk the same way
