When home owners go to report the illegal camping on the "Find it, Fix it" app, the City of Seattle immediately closes out their tickets. This vagrant below has been living in an illegal RV parked in a residential neighborhood. He was later captured on video stealing people’s packages. When he was reported on the app, the city of Seattle didn’t care and closed out the ticket.
