We never thought it was possible for a black girl child from the dusty streets of Driekoppies and Middelplaas that one day we will address at an international platform on issues that affect ordinary people. The EFF has faith in us and never questioned us, all they ever required is our commitment and loyalty to the struggle of Economic Freedom in our lifetime. We are made by the EFF, and we don’t take for granted the opportunities as they are not an entitlement. There’s more than enough members who are more than qualified to do the same thing, so always remain humble and honest in dealing with the EFF. Thank you EFF for never giving up on us even when we err, we are young and we will make mistakes but the nice thing is that we have our home to correct us and build us.

A company discovers its product is causing cancer, is already losing billions in lawsuits over it, and other nations won't even accept our crops because of it. The honest move is obvious. Go back to the drawing board and build something safer. That is not what happened. Instead they ran to the government and asked to be protected from liability, telling Washington they'd pull the product entirely unless they were shielded from the lawsuits their own product created. The World Health Organization has known this product is carcinogenic. And these corporations are so entrenched in our government agencies, our regulatory agencies, and our commerce that even knowing what we know, our own president has to be cautious about calling it out, because removing it now would devastate the farming industry. That fear is doing more to protect this chemical than any safety data ever could. It's one of the worst things sitting in our environment right now.
