THE FORBIDDEN PRACTICES ✨🙌🏾💫 © Dr. Robert Gilbert

The ENTIRE purpose of incarnations of Earth is to unlock the Heart Chakra or to help others if you have already done so. Robert has a class on his Vesica website that covers this effort from Steiner in those six essential exercises for a few hundred dollars. The level of understanding in this online course makes the exercises very clear as to why you do things… Rudolf Steiner also has a $20 book that teaches you these exercises but touching on them without depth, like Robert does. “How to Know Higher Worlds” is on Amazon. Doing these practices for a fair length of time allows you to then not need to incarnate here again, as some wish. These practices unlock the Heart Chakra and crystallizes it. Ascended you be!🪽💪
