The Founding Fathers hated "Democracy"

We have long since devolved into a democracy and have since devolved further into an oligarchy. We need a strong man to rise up and crush the oligarchs.

Mob rule is the one thing they wanted to avoid.

Electoral college needs to be enacted at the state level (Governor races for example) and for the Presidency at state level….NOW. Allow me to explain: As it stands the electoral college ONLY protects large *STATES* from outvoting small *STATES*. But this is CIRCUMVENTED by dumbed down liberals in big *CITIES* (like Chicago, Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis, etc) outvoting everyone else in their entire state. With its current design you actually have rapidly dwindling electoral college integrity. It’s obvious. But no one says a word about it.
