This reminds me of the 80s ,shortly after the war. Government used to give us ,posh, porridge,sugar and rice. Time were hard ,and sometimes, mama used to fry the posho.

Now this is abit modernized. My mum used to make it differently. Just fry the spices, add water enough to make the day’s meal, let it boil and mingle your posho. Served with some veggies, it tasted nice.
