This was the video recorded by GoPro 🥲. It’s a clear mistake of car driver who was coming from wrong direction. But motorcyclist also looks like over the speed limit. If you carefully watch first 3 sec of the video, on the road it was written ‘SLOW’ 😒. You can't control others, but at least keep your speed slow enough that you have time to react at-least, if something comes suddenly. RIP to that soul 🙏🙏
