The gap between “Ethereum will be realtime” and “Ethereum is realtime” is what ETHGas is working on. When Ethereum is realtime, it changes the entire DeFi landscape and turns big claims into something you can actually measure.

Realtime Ethereum is not just for the apps and institutions. Every retail user and validator can also derive value out of it. Our founder Kevin Lepsoe explains how Realtime sequencing works in this episode with The Defiant and how Realtime Blocks benefits everyone in the ecosystem. Full interview:

The practical way into Realtime Ethereum is to start where latency already costs you. The swap that slips. The payment that stalls. The liquidation that lands late. Pick the flows with the highest cost of waiting and use Realtime Ethereum to ensure instant confirmation. One flow. One measurable win. Instant improvement.

This is crazy, I can talk to OpenAI's realtime API, and it'll respond back with voice, and then help call Codex to help me code! Got curious about Codex and its realtime integration, and found codex's feature flag `realtime_conversation` integrated for the codex app-server. How it works: - launch codex app-server with realtime - connect a client to realtime through WebRTC voice connection - Codex app-server is also attached on the side - talk to realtime - realtime decides whether coding is needed, and responds back with events - Codex app-server takes these events and runs codex agent turns - codex writes code like your codex cli exp Keep in mind OpenAI hasn't released this officially, they're still actively working on it, I just created a fork. This is a completely new UX than the usual chat interface for agentic coding. For example, when the agent responds back in voice, it's actually faster for me to read the response, and I don't actually find voice response that useful unless it does so in the background. But image realtime working in the background, you can talk to it, realtime keeps track of the different agents working on your tasks and your status. More to come on demo side, i'll make a more polished version and include voice, but thought this was cool to share. You can see in the responses the distinction between my voice input, realtime response, and realtime calling Codex to do work!

1-Click Vibevoice-Realtime for ALL machines Finally a Realtime TTS that is ACTUALLY realtime, thanks to its tiny size! (0.5B params) This video is from my Windows machine, recorded in realtime. All you need is around 2.5GB VRAM, it even works on Macs!

The ethereum:native thesis starts with Ethereum itself. ansgar.eth says it plainly: “Ethereum and ETH can only win together.” “ETH is the asset that sits at the very core of Ethereum.” But the key point is what comes next: “The effects on ETH is a little bit of an afterthought.” “You really need to codevelop Ethereum and ETH.”

Built a "YouTube realtime copilot" browser extension using OpenAI's realtime 2 API: The agent watches the video alongside you, and can answer any question you have about what was just said via realtime voice chat. The crazy part to me is: It can differentiate the YouTube's audio stream and your voice, so it doesn't confuse the video as commands, and stays silent unless you ask something!

Electric Capital co-founder Avichal Garg: Ethereum is a programmable store of value “I think the right frame is that Bitcoin is an existence proof. Ethereum is perhaps the second example of an internet-native store of value. It just has different properties and is useful in its own way.” “The fact that you can actually build on top of Ethereum — it’s a programmable store of value — is I think what’s really fascinating. In theory Bitcoin is programmable but it wasn’t really designed for that, and in many ways it’s sort of antithetical to the base layer: you don’t actually want it to change. That’s sort of the superpower of Bitcoin: you know what you’re getting. And that stability is really important.” “But with Ethereum you have stablecoins on it, and that’s where all the stablecoin volume is. And ultimately, if you look at where the global financial system will be built, I think it’s going to be built in the non-sovereign space. It will likely be built on top of Ethereum.”

$ETH is the Microsoft of crypto. Raoul Pal's Ethereum framework: If you pulled the plug on $ETH tomorrow, how much economic value gets destroyed? L2s. DeFi. RWAs. NFTs. Stablecoin rails. AI agents. That alone makes ETH undervalued. Bitcoin is global savings. Ethereum is global infrastructure. And infrastructure can scale far beyond what most people are pricing in. Micron and Intel showed what happens when years of boredom meet one explosive cycle. That’s the setup for Ethereum.

🚨 ETHEREUM IS GOING TO SHOCK THE ENTIRE WORLD The exact same pattern we've seen before every major Ethereum rally is here right now. When Ethereum retests the middle of the Rainbow chart, it tends to explode. It has just hit it once again, and it's now retesting the same level. If history is going to play out, Ethereum is going to shock a lot of people. If you've been waiting for an Ethereum sign, this right here is it. Don't hesitate once it starts moving. Or get left behind.
