Built quality control throughout the process so you can entirely remove the extra step of a final QC. If one process is not up to par the part can be discarded instead of going through the entire process, then being qc, then realizing its no good.

Have you tried eliminating excess robot movements? Why go from downstairs to upstairs with the part? Why not keep it all on one level, or flip the manufacturing process so it goes from high to low, eliminating the cost of lifting parts?
