The GitHub Copilot app now supports Azure DevOps! You can now view your work - including assigned issues and PRs - and kick off sessions directly from those artifacts. Grab it from new Customize tab in the app :)

My favorite feature is having the GitHub Copilot app tackle unresolved code review comments

Finally 😄

Have been using the app since its inception, I think you guys need to focus on some quality documentation. Most of the things I try to do are either broken, unavailable or I cannot find. Committing changes, multiple sessions on the same worktree, confusing buttons etc

send me your wish list [email protected]!

Thanks for listening to your customers, will do!

Cool Stuff!

Yes! Thank you!

Finally we can start the reverse migration

OneDrive pivot incoming???

We'll call it streamlining our communication flows by bringing IT closer to business. I'll appoint an agent to wrap the SharePoint API in a git adapter, hosted on a 2023 laptop (it belong to a guy who said Confluence out loud).

Gold! Thank you!

gitlab?

You can build a canvas for it with /create-canvas! Jira very soon :)

@mrlnonai How soon is very soon 🙏 I was just about to go build one out but an official one would be even better

@mrlnonai Hopefully today or tomorrow

Didn’t see the Azure DevOps extension in my GitHub Copilot app 1.1.14. Does it need to be enabled by an org admin?

Do you see it in the Customize tab? If not, it's possible your admin has disabled third party plugins from being installed (or restricted availability to a subset they define) :(

teams been requesting ado support in the app forever so this hits different

I've been using it for about a week. Love it so far. Its maintaining my DevOps project completely... summarizes Meetings and automatically populated DevOps with tasks and assignments.

Love it, put out a video!!!

Still bugged with byok modelos 😮💨

First impression: it looks cool. Exactly what I have wanted for a long time. However, seems it only shows my PRs but not the PRs which are assigned to me.

glad to hear it! we'll keep improving. thanks for the feedback!

Azure DevOps integration means your devs spend more time in Microsoft’s walled garden. Good thing they own the GPU supply chain too. ecosystem lock-in is real and profitable

Thanks for working on this. A couple improvements: 1. This integration is read only, aside from PR comments. I'd like to be able to run a PR review directly from this interface when I review for my peers. 2. Codebase requirements are not properly synced:

meeting people inside their issue tracker beats making them switch tabs. the session-from-issue flow is the good part

Where do I report bugs? (Embedded images in work items don't work)

Nice! Will it support multiple DevOps instances? For example, I'm involved with multiple clients, each with their own ADO instance. Didn't see an option in there, so ;) This is great!

Could you please check your DMs?

It’s about time Microsoft supports both development environments.

Awesome! Although kinda pleased with myself for being ahead of the game on this one with !!

I had an existing Copilot session using a Git worktree, where I created a PR. After receiving review comments, I tried using the new “Fix” action directly from an Azure DevOps PR comment. But it failed: the action required me to start from a session on the develop branch.

Does it support Azure DevOps Server?

Funny enough I asked Copilot about this exact feature earlier today, back then answer was no. 8 hours later support added, thats good progress for a day
