Lincoln (R) allowed 400k acres in the southeast (FL, GA, SC) to be allocated for freed slaves after the war. Up to 40 acres each. 40k former slaves moved in until mid-65 when Lincoln was killed. Andrew Johnson (D) overturned it, evicted them and gave it back to the racists.

There is no excuse for heirs of the American enslaved to not receive reparations. Our Congress merely refuses to approve the bill. Germany has been paying out to the descendants of the Holocaust since the 1950s and they are due for more payouts through the next two years.
