2009 Open Championship Turnberry Tom Watson needs to par the 72nd hole to win a prestigious 6th Open Championship One of the only times I cried watching golf on TV, the others were when Justin Leonard joked that putt at the Ryder Cup and when Larry Mize chipped in!

It’s an absolute travesty that Trump Turnberry is not currently in The Open rota. The stretch from 4-16 is just haymaker after haymaker. And 5-11 is the best 7 hole stretch I’ve ever personally played. Stunning beauty w/ incredible design. The 2009 Open at Turnberry where Cink held off a 60 year old Tom Watson in a playoff is still my favorite of the last 20 years. + Turnberry has the stone cold best spot in all of Scotland to enjoy a pint of Guinness Bring it back!
