This was very obviously an IED, which you can tell from the nature of the explosion and the fact that they had a camera pointing at the exact spot. Palestine always lies.

A driver couldn’t believe his eyes after an Ealing Council traffic warden slapped him with a parking ticket for being on double yellow lines... only to realise the warden had parked his own moped on the exact same double yellows to hand it out! You actually can’t make this up. Does the warden get a ticket in the post too, or does Ealing Council give them a free pass?

Sure, but it pays to have the right programming if you're not settling for mediocrity.
