An example of the attitude displayed by some illegal migrants attempting to leave France for the UK in small boats is deeply concerning. If this is how someone behaves while attempting to enter the UK illegally, ask yourself how they may behave once they are here. This kind of behaviour does not belong in the United Kingdom. If we continue to ignore the problem, the consequences will not disappear they will grow. We cannot keep looking the other way. A nation that refuses to confront its challenges risks creating far greater ones.
