Trauma recovery really is the only way to move into the light whole heartedley. The same advice we're given for ourselves to ascend, is the method for trauma recovery. Face it/yourself, forgive it/yourself, have gratitude for it/yourself and love it/yourself.

I don’t think it is trauma. I think it’s about our inability to innerstand what’s going on and forget our own potential.
