No way did they know the room number and the name Jessica without either her disclosing it or the hotel employee disclosed it. The fact hotel did not do any checks and just gave out a keycard points finger at them for inside job, robbing rooms.

As someone that used to work as a front desk receptionist at a hotel.. trust me, the cops DO NOT CARE about any situation 😭 someone even threatened to stab me and my coworker and she called 911… they said “did they stab you yet?” 💀
