@Charles1Bilbo @HouseAdmin Completely incidental. That camera is on a light pole a ways away. The zooming is done by Mr using video software to show the surrounding context, then show the detail matching the audio from Guandolo's recording.

For those who are not aware: 🚩Guandolo’s company, called Understanding The Threat (UTT), was being stumped on Telegram, using General Flynn’s endorsement to raise money by selling classes to citizens on how to “uncover Jihadi cells”. 🚩Despite corrupt courts who never successfully prosecuted any of Guandolo’s cases, Guandolo shared citizens would experience monetary compensation from prosecution. UTT put citizens who were not trained to handle the risk of Jihadi cell retaliation into dangerous territory. 🚩Guandolo’s business partner is the very troubled former California resident who now lives in Dallas, Eric Rice. Rice’s business partner is DOD Contractor Jason Theis. 🚩Theis’ side business is “disappearing people in 22 Countries” and in August 2020 Theis, armed with his victim’s social security #, tried to extort $ from another victim, even offering to commit fraud and stage an automobile accident. 🚩Guandolo is directly connected to the #Russiagate investigation involving former FBI Agent Timothy Thibault- and had an affair which almost (or did) compromise the investigation. 🚩Thibault was hired by Portland @FBI director Loren Cannon - who was hired by JAMES COMEY.
