This happened to me after I had a freak accident on a teeter totter at 12. The doctor said he was doing my future bf’s a favor. I have permanent nerve damage and feel nothing below now especially after giving birth to my daughter. 🥺

My ex asked my dr, 35yrs ago, while I was in full blown labor, if he’d put an extra stitch in me afterwards, while grinning, and my dr removed him from the room. Fantastic doctor.

This enrages me. This whole "I want my woman to be super tight" - you don't know how women's bodies work you fucking clowns. When a woman is aroused her muscles relax. If you're fucking a woman with a "super tight vagina" she isn't aroused and you're terrible in bed. Jfc.

I’m not even sure “malpractice” quite captures it. Malpractice implies some kind of negligence or mistake. This is assault.

The fact that some husbands and doctors are so god damned cavalier about committing genital mutilation is absolutely sickening

My 2nd son was delivered by an 80 year old man who refused to listen, ignored my wishes, and joked about the husband stitch while I was bawling my eyes out. My husband almost assaulted him. My #1 request was no episiotomy... 1st thing he did when he came in is slice me.

I honestly thought this was an urban myth. Doctors really do this shit? 😱

15 years later and it is still excruciating down there, for me. I was barely 18 when the doctor did that to me. Why do these doctors think this is ok? Especially since all it truly does is cause pain to the victim, it doesn’t even do anything for the “husband”.
