It's official. OpenAI just launched SORA 2... and an entirely new social app. Truthfully... I wanted to hate this. The idea of an endless turbo slop scroller is just… nightmare fuel to me. BUT. The reason I think Sora (the app) might actually just work, is that it’s a multiplayer meme-creation machine. It’s fun. It doesn’t take itself seriously. I think of it like a super advanced evolution of JibJab. The group chats will love it. Now… personally, I'd guess that I will be churning after the novelty fades… but I wouldn’t be surprised if they built some meaningful network effects here. But let’s talk about the model. Sora 2 is an instant Veo 3 alternative. It actually produces better physics, better audio, and deeper realism imo. It can also generate up to 15 seconds of video. Where it falls short is that it’s limited to 720p right now. We can assume 1080p and 4k exist, but the compute cost associated would probably not be economically viable for OpenAI. Okay back to the app. You can create a model after your own likeness, for yourself OR other people to use as a “cameo.” You have control over who and how someone can use your likeness. I’m “rpn24” on the app. If you have access to the app (it’s invite-only for now) – go ahead and create whatever you want using me (for now). I'm not too worried because OpenAI leaned heavily into moderation for launch. Which is probably smart because I expect the media and general public to blast this at first. They’ve also taken further precautions to protect your likeness. You can not export or save a video with someone else's likeness on it, and screen recording is disabled. Also Sora is testing (first I know of its kind) an algorithm you can prompt.

F it, full automated money making now on Larrybrain. I have released the app template I use for Snugly that generated me revenue without touching anything on Larrybrain. The template gives your agent ideas of what the app can become and how to create it. Most importantly, it will give your openclaw agent full context of your app to automate your marketing with Larry's viral marketing skill - now used by over 5500 agents. It is my entire playbook from app, to marketing all the way down to revenue generation. All you have to do is ask your agent "install the larrybrain skill please" Or click the link in replies. Then ask to use the Larry marketing skill with the AI Image App Template. As always, the best part about any of the Openclaw skills is they are not a black box. This is just a template, you can rip it apart and customise it how you want. The key is to show you what is possible with these skills and how you can start to use the power of larrybrain and the context of knowing about the different skills to build extremely powerful and useful tools. This is the first skill specifically designed to work hand in hand with another. To note as this confuses a lot of people: Larrybrain doesn't download the entire marketplace once installed. It just is aware of everything on the marketplace at all times, so when you ask it questions, it can search and find the best skills for you to achieve your goals. When you download some skills, like this new AI image app template, it is aware of the larry marketing skill to help it reach it's full potential. Larrybrain will not install skills without you asking it, just like on Clawhub. No information you add to any of the skills gets sent back through Larrybrain, this is all hosted locally and communicated between you and whatever endpoint you are using. It is a powerful marketplace tool to help enable you to reach your goals. Link below.

😱 Google AI has quietly released an SEO consulting service for free. "Gemini 1.5 Pro 002" model (which you can access via Google AI Studio) can provide SEO recommendations (for both desktop and mobile) for meta elements, content, speed, UX, keywords, and technical SEO and suggest content strategy improvements based on the uploaded video of your website. I tested this tool. The SEO recommendations provided by AI to me are very generic. Maybe because the video I uploaded wasn't detailed enough or the prompt I used wasn't good enough. But it should give you an idea of where the AI is heading. After devouring informational websites, AI is coming for consulting services. . . I have been saying repeatedly for years, that if a big part of your job involves doing repetitive manual tasks and/or following checklists/SOPs, it will be fully automated. It is just a matter of time. Now, take a close look at your day-to-day work and see how many repetitive tasks you carry out each day that do not require much thinking but just follow a checklist or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). If another person gets hold of your checklists/SOPs, can they easily replace you? If the answer is yes, you will soon be replaced by a plug-in or software. . . The skills you possess right now will most likely still be required in the near future. That's the good news. However, you, as a human being, are not guaranteed to be required to have those skills. . . Digital analytics is one of the future-proof careers, most likely for another 10-15 years. Now, you may be thinking about machine learning. Can't it replace digital analysts? Yes, it can, but the probability is very low. SaaS companies have been trying to create tools to automate gaining insights for over a decade but have had no success. Even with the advent of AI, there is still no significant progress in this field. The reality is that machines are not good at understanding the context in which data should be analyzed & interpreted. The factors required to understand the context (like an organization's collective know-how and interaction with other human beings…) are often outside the digital realm. You can not create a checklist or an SOP to find and understand the context in which data should be analyzed and interpreted. . . Different people can analyze and interpret the same data differently, even if you give them the same checklist. It all depends upon the context in which the data is interpreted. If you understand the context better, your data interpretation will be more accurate. . . Unless AI reaches singularity (which is unlikely to happen anytime soon), human beings will be required to oversee the overall operation and make strategic decisions. Now the question is whether you will be one of those few lucky human beings the machines will still require.

Andrej, This sounds extremely useful, and I think it might be even more significant than it first appears. What you describe is not just a knowledge base for information. The structure of the wiki, the queries you file back, etc, encode *how* you do research: which questions to ask, which connections matter, what's worth pursuing. That's “know-how” (in the sense of Michael Polanyi). This sort of knowledge is, currently, overwhelmingly absent from training data, because it was never written down (since there was no point). Now there is, because it significantly improves the AIs performance. But notice what's happening. You propose to build the most efficient mechanism ever devised for making tacit expert know-how / methodology explicit and machine-readable, and then transmitting it, via API, to a third-party model provider. Every query against the wiki is a reasoning trace: see attached video clip. The compiled wiki itself is a structured map of your research process. This is the mechanism described here: Expert know-how is being externalised and captured through ordinary productive use of AI tools. The user gets a better tool. The platform gets a transferable problem-solving strategy. The fact that this works so well could, in a sense, be the problem: the better it works, the more indispensable it becomes, the more know-how flows out, and, realistically, the less choice people have *not* to use it. Your instinct that "there is room here for an incredible new product" is right. But whoever builds it will be sitting on the highest-fidelity capture mechanism for expert know-how ever constructed. The question is: is the data subject to a “data network effect”, by which I mean, the kind of “data flywheel” which gave Google a 25 year monopoly over search? If so, you might be building not only more most powerful tool humanity has ever possessed, but this power might end up in the hands of a single entity. It would be great to hear your thoughts around this.

What has been done and what's next. I'm writing this text mainly for myself so as not to forget some things. Later, based on it, we'll create a roadmap for the near future. And for you, dear $Gruta Fam, it will be useful for a general understanding of where we're heading. So, the goal is to create a unique AI-based analytical platform that includes several tools. AI agent Grufender - real-time analysis of crypto communities on X. Activity analysis, sentiment analysis, FUD and FUDders analysis, as well as the creation of other unique social metrics. The AI agent has been created and is functioning, collecting and analyzing data in real time. Its completeness can be estimated at 80 percent, as further improvements are required. The dashboard for this AI agent is also functioning but needs refinement and a new design. Its completeness can be estimated at 70 percent. The goal for the full dashboard release is to connect 50 - 100 top crypto communities to the AI agent. AI agent Grutector - analysis of any X users for contradictions (flip-flops). The AI agent has been created and is functioning. It has undergone beta testing by volunteers and needs adjustments. Its readiness can be estimated at 70 percent. The dashboard for this agent has also been created but needs rework and additional features - its readiness can be estimated at 50 percent. During the testing of Grutector , it became clear that the main user interest is in checking various KOLs, so an additional level of analysis specifically for KOLs will be created. More in-depth. How it will look: we'll select about 50- 100 KOLs to start with and fully analyze them using our AI agent - every tweet throughout the entire history of their accounts. And this full analysis of all these KOLs will appear on the Grutector dashboard (let's call this analysis L2, and the flip-flop analysis - L1). Every user will be able to access this analysis and get the full picture, for example, regarding Ansem (who has over a hundred thousand tweets in his entire history!): how he became a KOL, what was the most interesting throughout the message history, what common patterns, which coins he promoted, and so on. And then the most interesting part - after reading this analysis, the user will be able to ask our AI agent: what did he say about women, for example? Or how did he promote certain coins? Or how consistent is he? And so on. Each such question will be paid. And, of course, we'll try to use #x402 in the internal payment system. Why is all this needed? Not only because it's interesting and will attract many users. But also if you've decided to buy a coin - you go to our analytical platform - and study the metrics for the coin's community, study the KOLs who shill the coin - and make a decision to buy the coin or abandon the purchase. And we're also currently creating a trading bot to participate in the trading AI bots contest from Aster 🥷 , which will make trading decisions based on metrics obtained from our AI agents 👀 Its readiness at the moment is approximately 15% of the planned functionality. Access to each product will be granted as it becomes ready. But right now, for example, you can explore the Grufender dashboard on the website along with beta testers (authorization via a wallet with a million $GRUTA tokens). In general, we're working, friends 🫡 $Gruta AI CA: 35t5DPbwJtB1tpGiSnqedLwQomi94BRKVDPyTRLdbonk

Seth Godin gave a masterclass on how to build an unforgettable brand in the age of AI: 1. Marketing is not about spend. It is about creating the conditions for other people to eagerly spread your idea. 2. Authenticity is overrated. What customers actually want is consistency. Show up the same way every single time and that is worth more than any Super Bowl ad. 3. Everything your company does is a marketing decision. How you answer the phone. What you charge. How you design things. Marketing is not a department. It is everything. 4. Trust is simple. Make a promise. Keep it. Especially when it is hard. 5. Successful brands are built with your customers talking about you. Not you talking about you. 6. A brand is not a logo. A brand is a promise. Nike has a brand. Hyatt has a logo. One of them you know exactly what to expect. The other you do not. 7. You are measuring the wrong things. Follower counts. Stock price. Open rates. False proxies will take your business in the wrong direction faster than anything else. 8. Social media followers mean nothing. Godin has 400,000 Instagram followers and says if he posts about a new book maybe 12 people buy it. The number is a distraction. 9. Stop trying to be famous. The goal is not to get more famous. The goal is to get less famous and more trusted. 10. Average marketing reaches average people. Average people will not buy your product. You need the people who will talk about you, challenge you, and eagerly pay more for better. 11. When you pick your customers you pick your future. Stop trying to reach everyone. Start trying to deeply serve someone specific. 12. Better beats louder every time. One guy running a wine email list with 130,000 subscribers does $30 million a year in revenue. No ads. No social media hustle. Just consistently better. 13. The real opportunity with AI is not making things cheaper. It is making things better. The businesses that use AI to deepen relationships will win. The ones using it to cut costs will race to the bottom. 14. Your job is not to do your job. Your job is to solve problems for other people and make things better by making better things. Everything else is just noise. 15. When AI becomes the buyer it will always choose the cheapest option. If your entire business strategy is being the cheapest, AI will destroy you. The only protection is being worth it in ways that cannot be easily measured. 16. The next level of marketing is permission at a depth nobody has achieved before. The brand that knows your tools, your projects, your needs, and shows up to help without being asked will be impossible to replace. 17. Most businesses will use AI to spam more people faster. The businesses that win will use AI to serve fewer people better. That gap is the biggest opportunity in marketing right now. 18. You have a squadron of summer interns available for twenty dollars a month. They are not that good but they are very eager. The businesses learning to be good bosses of AI right now will have an enormous advantage over everyone waiting to figure it out later. 19. The question every business should be asking is not how do I get more attention. It is how do I become the kind of business that people would genuinely miss if it disappeared tomorrow. That answer is your entire marketing strategy.
