Not many people know this, but you don't actually see the clock in the film. For contunity purposes, the clock was cover with a false face so the 'right' (film) time would show.

The Prague Astronomical Clock (built in 1410) is the oldest astronomical clock still in operation. 🕰️✨ It depicts the Sun and Moon circling around the North Pole, a design that some people compare with Flat Earth cosmology. Interestingly, parts of the clock have been altered and restored over the years—including a controversial restoration of the astronomical dial in 2018 and the temporary removal of several figures for restoration in 2026. 👁️

Created in 1893 by Tiffany & Co., the Astronomical clock has kept the time since American independence. Today, following a meticulous restoration, this masterpiece of American design returns to The Tiffany Archives as a testament to the House’s enduring commitment to artistry and preservation. Every detail ensures the clock not only marks time but carries history forward. As America celebrates its 250th anniversary, the Tiffany Astronomical clock will be proudly displayed at The Landmark as a powerful reminder of Tiffany & Co.’s longstanding place in the story of American culture. #TiffanyAndCo

The French effort to restore Notre-Dame de Paris in 5 years was heroic. More than 7 years after the 2018 fire, Mackintosh's Glasgow School of Art remains a shell. Restoration is still a distant prospect. Today, I asked Angus Robertson to make its restoration a national project.

You can see how the restoration of Chartres Cathedral is progressing. Because Notre Dame in Paris burned, the restoration was accelerated and it’s magnificent. In Chartres, they have been restoring the cathedral for the past eight years and it’s about halfway done. But you can see in this clip the dark stone as it was transformed over the past thousand years and how the cleaning and restoration process is making the interior brilliant and new again—preparing for the restoration of the faith itself… in God‘s good time.
