In Chartres, they have been restoring the cathedral for the past eight years and it’s about halfway done. But you can see in this clip the dark stone as it was transformed over the past thousand years and how the cleaning and restoration process is making the interior brilliant and new again—preparing for the restoration of the faith itself… in God‘s good time.
