Forcibly cutting someone’s hair is not part of a lawful arrest or standard police procedure in Ghana. It can be considered assault, degrading treatment, or humiliation, which goes against the 1992 Constitution and basic human rights principles.

Do we have any right that protect the kind of hairstyle to wear, dressing or the kind of life to live?? If yes the he need to get a lawyer and sue them, hairstyle doesn’t shape your behavior or lifestyle ✍️

I see people are so passive and don't care abt this abuse because the person being abused has been branded drug dealer. Is that all it takes just branded and he deserve this. Wait till they arrest, harass you and to justify their act brand you criminal.

This is human rights abuse.

You see, what matters is arresting the person. Any other thing done to the person by the officers after the arrest on their own is an abuse. This is so wrong

Some of these guys operate with charms. We shouldn't be quick to judge.

If you think he has a right to keep that hair, ask yourself why a rational person like you doesn’t prefer such type of hair?
